Tech CEO Who Bought India’s most expensive Number Plate Adds BMW M1000 XR Superbike To Collection [Video]

Venu Gopalakrishnan, the owner of Kerala-based IT firm Litmus7, has been circulating on the internet for the past month. He grabbed people’s attention online after buying India’s most expensive number plate for ₹46 lakh. He purchased the number plate for his Lamborghini Urus Performante SUV. After this, it looks like Venu Gopalakrishnan went on a car and bike shopping spree. The latest addition to his garage is a brand-new BMW M1000 XR superbike worth over ₹50 lakh.
The video was shared by Kaalish Garage on his Instagram page. In this video, we see Venu Gopalakrishnan unboxing his brand-new superbike. It appears the businessman had arrived at the BMW dealership in Kochi to take delivery.
Like many expensive bikes, the BMW M1000 XR also came packed in a cardboard box, like a toy. He removed the cardboard box and revealed the bike. The excitement and happiness on his face were very evident, and soon after unboxing the bike, he took it for a short spin before the video ended.
Venu Gopalakrishnan is clearly on a car and bike shopping spree. The reason we say this is because he has been posting videos about several new cars and bikes on social media lately. In one of the interviews posted online after he bought the most expensive number plate, he mentioned that he had booked several vehicles—both cars and bikes—a long time ago, and for some reason, the deliveries of all these vehicles are happening this year. He stated that this was not intentional by any means.
He is one of those people who is not a big fan of electric vehicles and does not own even one EV to date. He is fascinated by engines and their different types. So, by buying new cars and bikes, he is trying to collect as many varieties of engines as possible in his garage.
The BMW M1000 XR is a tall sport-tourer motorcycle based on the S1000 XR. It is actually a performance-based M model motorcycle. It is powered by a 999cc, 4-cylinder engine that generates 201 PS and 113 Nm of peak torque. It can do 0–100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 278 km/h. The price of a brand-new M1000 XR is ₹45 lakh, ex-showroom.
As mentioned above, he is one of those people who love collecting vehicles for a unique reason. He owns several expensive cars and bikes in his garage. Apart from buying Kerala’s first Lamborghini Urus Performante, he also owns a Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato. He owns a Porsche 911 Turbo S, which was one of the first sports cars he bought.
He also has a BMW X5, which is usually used by his wife. Soon after buying the Lamborghini Urus, he took delivery of India’s first Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Black Badge. A week after that, he took delivery of a brand-new Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. The SUV was also booked by the businessman a long time ago.
Following this, he bought a brand-new BMW R1300 GSA adventure tourer motorcycle. This was his fifth BMW motorcycle, and including the recently bought M1000 XR, he now owns a total of six BMW bikes.
He also has plans to buy a McLaren 750S, and he has already booked a Porsche 911 GT3 for himself.
