Its successful time in India has inspired the homegrown performance electric two-wheeler maker Ultraviolette Automotive (UV) to go global. The F77 series made its entry into the European market recently. The manufacturer chose Paris as the venue for making the official announcement. The event, organized near the famous Eiffel tower, was attended by founders and senior leadership. Indian actor Dulquer Salmaan is among the early backers and investors of UV. His presence at the event had created headlines. Now, a post shared by CEO Narayan Subramaniam is getting much attention online.

Narayan shared a collage of two pictures of him in Paris, with the Eiffel tower in the backdrop. One was captured 30 years ago, when he was still a kid. It was his first visit to Paris. The second image was a shot of him posing with the F77 after its Euro debut.

It was clearly a dream-come-true moment for him- much more than the mere joy of a return to his beloved city. Narayan even shared a heartfelt note. It would, in fact, inspire people who are working towards a dream.

"As a kid, I stood in front of the Eiffel Tower—wide-eyed and full of wonder. If someone had told me I’d return someday… not just as a visitor, but to launch an incredible motorcycle we built from scratch, I wouldn’t have believed them." Narayan said in the note.

He further adds that it is overwhelming to stand before the Eiffel tower with the F77- India's first performance electric motorcycle which he has built from scratch together with his team. It is an emotional moment for him, and one that he dreamt for.

The CEO further says that it took them years of hard work to finally do this. Along its way, his team had setbacks, sacrifices and late nights in plenty.

He concludes by reiterating that these photos remind him of the fact that anyone building something from scratch will have their dreams come true if they stay at it and have the right people by them.

People on Instagram seem to be loving the post. Many prominent figures, automotive journalists and influencers have commented on it. Narayan shared this post on LinkedIn as well, where many founders and professionals have been showering it with congratulatory comments. The post seems to inspire many...

The F77 range sold in Europe will have the same spec as the one in India. It remains to be seen if the smaller battery packs would make it to the European markets. In India, the F77 range comes with two battery choices- 7.1 kWh and 10.3 kWh.

The 10.3 kWh version is claimed to return a range of 323 km per charge and has a top speed of 155 kph. The electric motor produces 40 hp and 90 Nm. The motorcycle can sprint to 100 kph from a standstill in just 7.7 seconds.

The F77 Mach 2 has an introductory price of 8,990 Euros (8.9 lakh INR) while the Superstreet is priced at 9,290 Euros (9.2 lakh INR). 1 Euro= Rs 100.09. These would apply to only those who do pre-bookings before the 31st of July this year. After this, the prices are known to escalate to 9,990 euros (Rs 9.99 lakh) and 10,390 euros (Rs 10.39 lakh).

Europe is a mature market for electric vehicles. It would thus be a major achievement for Narayan and his brand if the F77 range manages to impress Europeans with their modern styling and breathtaking performances.
