Mahendra Singh Dhoni is probably one of the most popular names among Indian cricket fans. Apart from his performance on the ground, he has gained a lot of fans because of his love for cars and bikes. He is so passionate about bikes that he is often seen working on them himself and has even built a multi-story building with large glass windows just to display his collection. People often take their prized possessions to him in the hope of getting them autographed. Here, we have one such video where a biker got his Rs 22 lakh Triumph Rocket 3 signed by the cricketer.

The video has been shared by MahiSakshiVibes on their Instagram page. It looks like some fan had bought a brand new Triumph Rocket 3R and rode it to meet the cricketer. We are not sure how he managed to meet the cricketer. It is quite possible that some special arrangements were made, or maybe the cricketer is part of some biker group that requested him to sign the bike.
We see a couple of security officers standing behind Dhoni. These officers were accompanying him for his own safety. Dhoni checks out the bike for some time. He checks the bikini fairing on the front of the bike. He finds small dust particles on it and wipes them with his shirt. He then checks for the right spot to put his autograph on the bike.
He finds a spot on the top left corner of the fairing. Before going ahead with the autograph, the cricketer wipes the surface once again and signs it. The happiness on the face of the bike’s owner is very evident in the video. We feel it was the owner of the bike who was standing next to the bike in the video.
Once he signed the fairing, we see him walking around the bike, sitting on it, and starting it. Dhoni starts the bike, and we hear the loud note from the exhaust in the video. However, he does not ride it. The comment section under this video is filled with messages appreciating Dhoni’s gesture. Many people were surprised by the fact that the cricketer, without even thinking, wiped the fairing with his own t-shirt.
One of the users commented, “Sometimes I feel like are we troubling him too much? We fans will always be behind him, asking for photos, autographs, capturing videos everywhere, but even we don’t have another way; he’s our happiness.”
Coming to the bike, the Triumph Rocket 3R is a power cruiser motorcycle. It is, in fact, a special motorcycle as it comes with the biggest engine ever fitted on a production motorcycle. It is powered by a 2,458cc, inline 3-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine that makes an astonishing 165 bhp and 221 Nm of torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The price for a brand-new Rocket 3R starts at Rs 21.98 lakh, ex-showroom.
This is not the first time we have seen Dhoni put his autograph on one of his fans’ bikes or cars. Before this, we came across a video where he signed the curtain of the rear center armrest of his fan’s BMW 7-Series.
He signed the curtain that serves as the partition between the rear seats and the boot compartment of the car. It’s not just Dhoni who interacts with his fans in such a manner; even Bollywood actor John Abraham has done something similar in the past.
