Ola Electric, which is currently the largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer in the country, has made a huge announcement. It has announced the launch of a new #HyperService campaign. With this new initiative, the company is planning to help the customers of Ola Electric scooters in getting quicker service across the country. It has also stated that it will be doubling its service network from 500 to 1,000 centres in India by December of this year.
Ola Electric’s #HyperService Campaign Details
As stated, the main goal of this new #HyperService campaign is to provide better quality service to its existing client base. The company is planning to incorporate a new technology-driven after-sales service experience for the Ola Electric scooter owners.
Additionally, the company has also announced that to achieve this goal, it will double the number of service centres in India. Currently, the company has 500 authorized service centres in the country, which it aims to increase to 1,000 by the end of this year.
New Services To Be Provided By Ola Electric
Ola Electric has also announced that it will be offering its customers a backup Ola S1 scooter in case a service on their scooter takes more than a day. Also, the company will be offering its Ola Care+ customers free coupons for Ola Cabs until their service issue is resolved.
Apart from these new services, Ola Electric will also be deploying new AI-powered proactive and maintenance diagnostics for the owners. This will help the owners to use AI features to detect issues even before they arise. According to the company, this initiative will be offered to existing Ola Electric scooter owners from October 10th.
Ola Electric’s Network Partner Program
The electric scooter maker, just a while ago, announced its Network Partner Program. With this new program, the company aims to increase EV penetration in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Presently, Ola Electric has 625 partners, which it aims to increase to 10,000 by the end of 2025.
Ola Electric offers this Network Partner Program with a very minimal capital requirement from its partners. At the moment, the company has 570 company-owned service centres across the country.
Commenting on the announcement of the new #HyperService Campaign, Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and MD, Ola Electric, stated, “In the last 3 years, we’ve built a 7L+ community and the leading market position. We have close to 800 sales stores but only about 500 service centres. With the launch of #HyperService, we are expanding our network and also building the best-in-class ownership experience with on-demand and AI-powered service.”

Ola Electric Current Lineup
Presently, Ola Electric offers a number of different models in its portfolio. Its offerings are divided into premium and mass-market scooter segments. Its premium models include the S1 Pro and S1 Air, priced at Rs 1.35 lakh and Rs 1.08 lakh respectively.
On the other hand, its mass-market models include the Ola S1X+, priced at Rs 89,999, and the S1 X range, which starts at Rs 74,999 and goes up to Rs 1.01 lakh. Apart from the scooters, the company recently also unveiled its first-ever electric motorcycle, the Ola Roadster.
This new bike will come in three variants, namely Roadster X, Roadster, and Roadster Pro. It will start from Rs 74,999 and go all the way up to Rs 2.49 lakh. Lastly, Ola Electric recently announced that they have scrapped their plans of introducing an electric car in the country.
