Reckless KTM RC Sportsbike Rider Crashes Into Bolero Pick Up: Cops Share Video As Warning

Riding a motorcycle is something that enthusiasts do very passionately. However, due to this passion, sometimes these motorcycle enthusiasts forget that they are riding on public roads. Recently, showing how riding dangerously on public roads can end in a severe accident, a video has been shared online. In this short clip, a KTM RC sports bike rider was seen crashing into a Mahindra Bolero pickup, a Hyundai Alcazar, and a Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, one after the other.

Reckless Biker’s Dangerous Crash

What’s more interesting about this accident video is that it has been shared on Instagram by none other than the Uttarakhand Police. This clip has been shared to show the dangers of riding recklessly on public roads. Now, coming to the clip, it starts off with a KTM RC sports bike rider coming into the frame of the camera and making a left turn.

We can observe that this rider completely leans his motorcycle to the left side while making this turn. What happens next is, as he was leaning, the bike’s radius increased. At the same time, a Mahindra Bolero pickup truck was coming from the other side.

Unfortunately, it was too late for the rider to make any corrective action, and due to this, he crashed into the rear right of the Bolero pickup. Following this, the bike then gets thrown to the left side. Meanwhile, the biker’s head gets smashed into the side of a Hyundai Alcazar SUV, which was following the Bolero pickup.

What is also terrifying is that it doesn’t stop there. The biker, after hitting the Alcazar, crashes into an incoming Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. We can note that his left shoulder first hit the front end of the Grand Vitara, and then his entire body collided with the car.

Is the rider safe?

Presently, we do not have any information about the condition of the rider. However, we can note that the impact of the accident was very strong. This means that he most likely sustained many fractures and injuries.

Thankfully, the rider was wearing a complete bike riding suit with boots and a helmet. Had the biker not been wearing the complete riding gear, especially the helmet, this accident could have been fatal.

Uttarakhand Police’s Strong Message

As stated, the above-shown video has been shared by the Uttarakhand Police. The main objective of the police department in sharing this video is to make all riders aware of the dangers of reckless riding. Over the last few years, we have seen numerous similar instances where riders have been involved in equally horrific crashes.

Just a few weeks ago, we shared another similar incident in which a reckless Royal Enfield Hunter 350 rider got involved in a horrible crash. What happened was that the rider was overtaking another rider on a right turn at very high speed.

Just like the KTM RC rider, he was also trying to lean with his bike. Unfortunately, his bike slipped, and he went sliding on the road. He finally came to a stop after crashing into a small bridge section on the side of the road.

It was noted that his bike had such a powerful impact with the barrier that it broke the brick structure. At the same time, his bike also went airborne and eventually landed on him. The rider suffered serious injuries, and his Royal Enfield Hunter 350 was completely destroyed as a result of the accident.

Public Roads Are Not Race Tracks

This message is for all the bike riders who ride in a similar fashion as the above two bikers. We would like to reiterate that public roads are not race tracks. They have traffic, and other people can come at any point and on any turn. So, it is better to ride carefully and not display your riding skills on public roads.
