Just a few days ago, a video showing his new massive pickup truck getting stuck on and then rescued by a Mahindra Thar has been shared online.
Mahindra Thar rescues Ford F-650
The video of a Mahindra Thar rescuing a 12,200 kg Ford F-650 has been shared on Instagram by Jeep. on their page. The video first shows a glimpse of a red-colored Mahindra Thar dragging the Ford F-650, and then it shows it rescuing after it got stuck on a small obstacle. Next up, the video then shows Boby Chemmanur doing a countdown to help the Mahindra Thar strapped with the Ford F-650 before attempting to pull it out of the obstacle.
Following this, the video shows the Mahindra Thar owner punching the accelerator to bring out the stuck Ford F-650 of Boby Chemmanur. Soon after some tugging, the massive truck comes out, and Boby Chemmanur thanks the owner of the Mahindra Thar for the help. After this, the video actually shows how the Ford F-650 got stuck in the first place. The last clip once again shows the Mahindra Thar dragging the Ford F-650 with a number of people standing on its truck bed.

In the last few years, Boby Chemmanur, as the owner of Oxygen Resorts and other businesses, has proved himself to be a marketing genius. We say this because a while ago he got his Rolls Royce Phantom VII wrapped in a bright chrome gold color with a taxi sticker and board on top. This marketing stunt, along with his package of free travel in his Rolls Royce with a stay at his resort, managed to increase the awareness of his brand a lot. The offer at the time was that the customers got about 300 km free ride in the Rolls Royce when they choose a 2 or 3 days-night stay at Oxygen Resorts.
Now doubling down on the marketing with eccentric vehicles, he has imported this Ford F-650 from Dubai to India via Carnet. For those who may not be aware, the Ford F-650 is the second biggest pickup truck in the F-Series lineup of trucks from the American carmaker. It is so massive that there are steps to get inside this SUV. This truck comes available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version of this pickup truck is powered by a 7.3-liter V8 engine that generates 350 PS and 635 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the diesel version of the truck utilizes a 6.7-liter V8 engine that generates 330 PS and 1015 Nm of peak torque.
