Bollywood actor Boman Irani buys a used Mercedes-Benz GLE luxury SUV [Video]

Veteran actor Boman Irani has bought a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV. He got the car from AutoHanger Advantage, who has put a video of the car delivery to the actor and his family.

The video shows the whole delivery process of the Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV including a cake-cutting ceremony with the family. While we are not sure about the exact details of the GLE, it does look like a less-used SUV from the glimpses in the video.

This looks like the latest-generation GLE SUV that costs around Rs 1 crore when bought new. In the Indian market, the Mercedes-Benz GLE is available in three variants. The base variant, the GLE 300d, is equipped with a four-cylinder diesel engine delivering 245 PS of maximum power and 500 Nm of peak torque. For more power, the GLE 400d features a six-cylinder diesel engine with 325 PS of maximum power and 700 Nm of peak torque. The top-of-the-line variant, the GLE 450MATIC, is powered by a petrol engine producing 365 PS of maximum power and 500 Nm of peak torque. All engine options are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and come with the 4MATIC AWD system for enhanced traction.

In terms of features, the Mercedes-Benz GLE offers a luxurious experience. It boasts air suspension, multibeam LED headlamps, LED high-performance headlamps, a panoramic sunroof, under guard, and aluminum running boards. Inside the cabin, you’ll find 64-colour ambient lighting, leather upholstery, a digital driver’s display, a touchscreen infotainment system, sunblinds, a multi-function steering wheel, automatic climate control, wireless charging, and a plethora of other options to enhance comfort and convenience.
