Indian Television Actor Rohit Roy Is Selling His Indian Scout Bobber Motorcycle

Actor Rohit Roy, who is known for his work in television as well as in movies, is an avid biker. He has more than six bikes in his garage, and one of the bikes from his collection is currently up for sale. The actor himself listed the bike along with the details on his social media profile. The bike that he is currently selling is an Indian Scout, which was worth over Rs 14 lakh on-road when new.

The image has been posted by Rohit Roy on his Instagram profile with an emotional caption about the bike. The motorcycle seen in the post was the first Indian motorcycle he ever bought. He mentions that he has bought several superbikes and motorcycles after this, and none of them have been able to offer him the riding comfort that the Scout Bobber offered.

The actor has been spotted riding this bike on several occasions, and a video of him on the same bike without a helmet had gone viral in the past.

The bike bought by the actor, the Indian Scout Bobber, is a cruiser motorcycle finished in a matte black paint job. The motorcycle is powered by a 1,131 cc V-twin engine that also powers the standard Scout. This massive engine generates a maximum power of 99 bhp along with a peak torque of 98 Nm.

The engine comes mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The motorcycle rides on a set of new telescopic forks up front, while the rear suspension has been lowered by 25 mm. Both wheels get disc brakes, and ABS is offered as standard.

The actor mentioned the details of the bike in the post. He mentioned that this is a 2019 model-year and registration bike, which has been kept in pristine condition. He doesn’t share details about the odometer reading or registration in the post. The asking price for this motorcycle is around Rs 9 lakh, and he mentions that the price is non-negotiable.
