The pictures of Amitabh Bachchan’s now-abandoned Lamborghini Murcielago have been shared on Instagram by Ripcars. In these images, the white Lamborghini Murci can be seen in a very dilapidated condition. These images are enough to make any automotive enthusiast cry.
It can be noted that the entire front portion of this once beautiful Lamborghini is missing. There is no front bumper, bonnet, headlights, or even the structural and cooling components. However, the doors of this Lamborghini are still present and are in decent condition.
One of the pictures even shows that these scissor doors are still functional and can open. We can also note that the rear bat wings are still present on the car. However, it can be observed that the rear quarter panel has a lot of damage. Additionally, all four wheels and the suspension components are missing from this supercar.
Apart from these, a picture showing the damaged interior of this Murcielago has also been shared. This particular image shows that Amitabh Bachchan ordered this lovely supercar with a dual-tone interior, combining Nero and Rosso leather. The steering wheel, carbon fiber elements, and sporty bucket seats are still inside the car.

The story of the Lamborghini’s decline began when Bachchan sold the vehicle. After the sale, the new owner faced an unfortunate accident in Delhi that severely damaged the supercar. Following this, the Murcielago was discontinued by the automaker, making sourcing replacement parts a challenge.
Only a few units of the Murcielago were imported into India, so finding the necessary parts for repair became nearly impossible. Even though the vehicle could technically be repaired, the super-high costs and logistical difficulties have led the new owner to make the tough decision to abandon it.
What’s interesting is that the car, even today, is registered under the name of Amitabh Bachchan. The car was once showcased at the Parx Supercar Rally in Mumbai as well. This event is organized by Raymond CEO billionaire Gautam Singhania, who is also a massive automotive aficionado.
