People with money and power sometimes believe that they are above the law. They think that they can do anything and disrespect anyone just because of the wealth they have accumulated. Recently, showing a prime example of one such arrogant and disrespectful wealthy person, a video has been shared online. In this short video, a Mercedes Maybach luxury sedan owner was seen coming from the wrong side and even showing off a middle finger.

This video of a Maybach owner breaking traffic rules and disrespecting others on the road has been shared on X. It comes courtesy of Nivedith Gajapathy. This short clip starts with a blue and silver-colored Maybach luxury sedan coming from the wrong side on a narrow yet busy road with lots of traffic.

Now, the worst part about this video was that despite breaking the traffic rules, the person sitting behind the steering wheel of the Maybach sedan had the audacity to show a middle finger to the people who were driving on the correct side. This particular video has been shared from Bengaluru.

The post mentions that this car came on the wrong side of the road at the 15th Cross Margosa Road signal. It added that it happened near Veena Stores in Malleswaram and the car blocked the traffic. It also highlighted that when people honked, the driver started abusing and showing the middle finger.

Fake Mercedes Maybach

While looking for the details about the owner of this particular Mercedes Maybach sedan, we found something interesting. From the video, many people will think that the car is a Mercedes Maybach S600 sedan from the previous W222 generation. However, we have found that this particular car is actually an S-Class.

The registration details reveal that this particular car is a 7-year-old Mercedes Benz S350d. Also, the sedan in the video is finished in the dual-tone shade of blue and silver. However, the original color of the car was white. We believe that when the owner got the car fitted with the complete Maybach body kit, the color was also changed.

There is another way in which automotive enthusiasts can find out if the car is a real Maybach or not, and that way is to look at the rear quarter panel and door of the car. The original Maybach sedans have a separate rear quarter window. Meanwhile, the S-Class comes with rear quarter glass integrated into its rear door.

Bengaluru Traffic Police response

Now, coming to the above incident where this particular fake Maybach owner showed the middle finger, the Bengaluru Traffic Police has responded to the post. It has stated, “Your complaint has been forwarded to @malleshwaramps for necessary action in this regard. In case of distress/emergency situation, dial #Namma112.”

Mix-up caused by this tweet

Another important thing to note about this incident is that the post shared on X mentions the vehicle number as PY 05 N 0003. However, this particular registration does not belong to this fake Maybach sedan. Instead, it shows a BMW X7 registered under the name of a university. The correct registration number of this fake Maybach is PY 05 N 0333.

This problem of rich brats breaking traffic rules at will and getting away without any consequences has become a huge issue. Just a few months ago, a young teenager from Pune crashed his father’s Porsche Taycan Turbo electric sedan and killed two IT professionals on the spot. This incident, although causing a huge outrage, has been reported that the teenager has now been granted bail.
