The first person on this list is Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani. The billionaire businessman, co-founder, and managing director of Hiranandani Group was seen traveling in a Mumbai local train. The video was posted by Mr. Hiranandani on social media. He chose the AC compartment of a Mumbai local train to avoid the usual crowd. He even spoke to a couple of other passengers too.
Hema Malini
Last year, Bollywood actress turned politician Hema Malini was also seen taking a ride in the Mumbai metro. She received a mixed response from the passengers in the car. Some of them applauded the efforts made by the actress to use public transport and try to be one among the common people.
Kartik Aaryan
Another popular actor from Bollywood, Kartik Aaryan, also ditched his luxury car and decided to take the metro during peak hours. Just like Hema Malini, Kartik was also traveling in the Mumbai metro.
He probably did that to beat the peak-hour Mumbai traffic. Kartik was wearing a mask, but some of his fans recognized him and later asked for selfies inside the metro.

Hrithik Roshan also ditched his multi-crore Range Rover luxury SUV and decided to take the metro to work. He posed for pictures and even posted the images on his personal social media profile.
Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani & Varun Dhawan
Veteran Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor also traveled by metro. He was not alone and was accompanied by other actors like Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan. This happened before the release of their movie “Jug Jugg Jeeyo” back in 2022. The trio was probably traveling by metro as part of the promotion.
