Most recently, the popular Bollywood actress Gauhar Khan also brought home a brand-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class worth Rs 1 crore. She’s become the first Indian celebrity to buy the recently launched E-Class. She was seen taking delivery of her new luxury sedan with her husband, her son, and other family members. Prior to this new E-Class, the actress bought herself a Mercedes-Benz GLE luxury SUV as well.

Gauhar Khan buys new Mercedes-Benz
The images of Gauhar Khan and her family taking delivery of her Mercedes-Benz E-Class have been shared on Instagram by Autohangar on their page. In the pictures, Gauhar Khan can be seen posing in front of her all-new E-Class luxury sedan. She arrived at the dealership with her husband, Zaid Darbar, and her son, Zehaan.
She was also accompanied by her family members. All of them celebrated the delivery of Gauhar’s new Mercedes-Benz sedan by cutting a cake. Another picture of the actress has been shared in which we can see that she arrived at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in a BMW Z4 sports car with her son on her lap.
2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
Gauhar Khan has chosen the classy shade of Polar White for her sedan. The exact variant opted for by the actress is currently unknown. Mercedes-Benz is offering the 2024 E-Class in three variants, namely E200, E220d, and E450 4MATIC. Pricing for the new E-Class starts from Rs 78.5 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 92.5 lakh.
The newest generation of the E-Class comes with a brand-new exterior and interior design. On the outside, it gets Mercedes-Benz EQ (electric car range)-inspired styling. Also, the new E-Class is now taller by 13 mm, longer by 14 mm, and its wheelbase, which was already extended, has now increased by 15 mm.
It features a larger chrome grille, 3D Mercedes-Benz logo, gloss panels, flush-type door handles, 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, LED taillights with a tri-arrow shape, and a few other design updates. As for the inside, it gets Mercedes’ Superscreen layout, which comprises three screens.
The first is a 14.4-inch infotainment screen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, and a 12.3-inch screen for the front passenger. It also gets rear seats, which can recline up to 36 degrees, extendable thigh support, neck pillows, a Burmester 730W, 17-speaker, 4-exciter 4D surround sound system, and sunblinds.
As for the engine options, the E200 variant comes with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, which makes 201 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. The E220d, on the other hand, comes with a 2.0-litre diesel motor, which makes 194 bhp and 440 Nm of torque.
Lastly, there is also the E450 4MATIC variant, which draws its power from a 3.0-litre six-cylinder turbo petrol, producing a maximum power of 381 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. All three engines come with a 48V mild hybrid system.

As mentioned, back in 2023, the actress also bought herself a Mercedes-Benz GLE luxury SUV. The GLE 300d bought by the actress is finished in a classy shade of Obsidian Black. Powering this luxury SUV is a 2.0-litre diesel engine, which makes 265 bhp and 550 Nm of torque. Apart from her, actresses Mona Singh, Richa Chadha, Soha Ali Khan, Boman Irani, and others also own this SUV.
