Indians love keeping a watch on Bollywood stars and their expensive garages, and the celebs seem to know this quite well. Most A-list celebs have multi-crore garages. So, what do these people buy? There are several names, and the Vellfire is one of them. From Akshay Kumar to Hrithik Roshan, several stars have added this expensive MPV from Toyota to their respective garages. Rakesh Roshan
Hrithik Roshan’s dad and famed film producer, director, screenwriter and actor Rakesh Roshan recently added this Toyota MPV to his garage. The purchase happened soon after he bought the Mercedes Maybach S580. He owns the Vellfire VIP Executive Lounge, in White. He was previously spotted with the car at actor Jitendra’s wedding anniversary.
Akshay Kumar
Actor-producer Akshay Kumar also acquired a brand-new Vellfire in October this year. Finished in the Precious metal colourway, this Vellfire VIP executive lounge gets an all-new shape and is packed with features and luxury inside. It comes with dual panoramic sunroofs, memory foam seats, recliner rear seats and more. The actor was recently spotted arriving at an occasion in the newly-bought vehicle.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
The queen of all Bollywood divas- Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also owns a Vellfire VIP Executive Lounge. She was recently spotted arriving at the Mumbai airport in it. She was travelling to the IIFA awards when paparazzi spotted her with the MPV.
Anil Kapoor
Known for his impeccable sense of style, Anil Kapoor also owns an equally impressive garage. One of his acquisitions is a Black Toyota Vellfire MPV. He was previously spotted arriving at the airport in it. The other cars in his collection include a BMW 7-Series, Mercedes-Benz W221 & W222 S-Class, Range Rover and a humble Tata Safari Storme.
Ajay Devgn
Ajay Devgn, another fine actor of the B-town, owns a White Vellfire. He was spotted arriving in it, for the trailer launch of one of his upcoming movies last year. Other expensive cars owned by Devgn include a BMW X7, BMW 7-Series, Rolls Royce Cullinan and Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Aamir Khan
Aamir is known as Mr. Perfectionist due to the attention to detail he puts into his work. His garage has a Black Vellfire along with models like a Bentley Flying Spur, Mercedes-Benz Maybach S600 and a Rolls Royce Ghost. The actor was previously spotted in Mumbai with the MPV.
Why Is The Vellfire A Star Car?
You might now be wondering what is it with the Vellfire that’s making so many celebs and VIPs add it to their garages. Well, there are several possible reasons for it. These people, like most of us, prefer and prioritize comfort and luxury while on the move. Many of them would have hectic schedules and sizeable travel times. Thus, it is in a way, critical for them to have proper rest and pampering while they are in their vehicles. The Vellfire provides just these. With the Vellfire priced at around 1.5 Cr, ex-showroom, the Lexus version of it, called the LM, costs almost double ! At 2.6 Cr, it is the most expensive MPV currently on sale in India. It is essentially a Vellfire with more comfort, Lexus badge and a huge price premium. It is for those who prefer to have more exclusivity and wow factor in their vehicle. B-town celebs like Ranbir Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, are proud owners of this MPV.
