In this short clip, Mate Rimac shows himself leaving his office in his E39 BMW M5. This Instagram reel starts with him showing the keys to this lovely sedan and walking right up to it. It can be noted that as soon as he unlocks it, the welcome lights glow, revealing its beautiful interior.
Following this, he goes to the rear of his M5 and keeps his bag inside. It can be noted that the interior of his sedan is in immaculate condition. Most likely, he got it completely restored to factory specifications. After this, the video shows him taking the driver’s seat and turning on the car to leave the parking lot.
E39 BMW M5
For those who may not be aware, the E39 BMW M5 is considered one of the best-handling BMW M5s to date. It has now become a collector’s item, and people are paying big sums to get their hands on the most pristine-condition E39 M5s that are available on the market.
This sporty luxury sedan came equipped with an S62 V8 engine that managed to produce an impressive 400 PS of power and 500 Nm of torque. It was mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
A fact about the E39 M5 is that although its transmission was taken from the non-performance-oriented E39 540i, it was installed with an upgraded clutch to support the increased torque. The Bollywood superstar Salman Khan also used to own a BMW M5 from this generation.

If you are an avid automotive enthusiast, then you definitely know who Mate Rimac is. However, if you are not aware, he is the current CEO of Bugatti, the French hypercar manufacturer. Prior to this, he only served as the CEO of his own hypercar company, Rimac Automobili.
However, after Porsche acquired a massive 24 percent stake in Rimac Automobili, Mate Rimac was named the CEO of Bugatti Rimac, a new joint venture. Volkswagen, which owns both Bugatti and Porsche, made this strategic move to help Bugatti access the latest electric technology developed by Rimac Automobili.
Bugatti Tourbillon
Under the leadership of Mate Rimac, Bugatti recently showcased its newest hypercar, the “Tourbillon.” It is currently one of the most exclusive and expensive hypercars in the world. Only 250 examples of this unique hypercar will ever be produced.
Each of these units has a base price of Rs 34 crore, and that price is without any options. Powering the Bugatti Tourbillon is a massive 8.3-litre naturally aspirated V16 masterpiece. This engine alone makes over 1,000 bhp, and when combined with three electric motors sourced from Rimac, it makes a total of 1,800 bhp.
The Bugatti Tourbillon can perform the 0-100 kmph sprint in just 2 seconds, which is mind-blowing. Bugatti is limiting its top speed to 445 kmph. In terms of design, the main highlights of this hypercar are its butterfly doors and intricate, watch-like interior components.
