Lamborghini Bengaluru recently organized the latest edition of Bull Run in Chennai. The drive witnessed the participation of over 13 Lamborghini cars and SUVs. Huracans, Aventadors, Urus and the recently launched Revuelto were seen having an Adrenaline-rich night out. Visuals suggest the event to have been organized properly, minimising traffic hold-ups as much as possible. It even had a police escort, as advised by law. Videos of the drive are now doing rounds on the internet. The attention these Bulls with their classy colours and loud exhausts, managed to gather, is insane.

A number of Urus SUVs can be seen in the visuals, highlighting the huge popularity enjoyed by the nameplate here. The Urus has been extremely popular globally due to its sporty ‘Super SUV’ character and everyday usability. Interestingly, even in a country like India, it has had stellar reputation and epic sales numbers.
Lamborghini dealers usually organize such experiential and community drives for patrons, under the name ‘Bull Run’. Previous editions were all admired greatly by fans and owners of the brand and its products. The highlight of Bull Run 2024 was the participation of India’s first Lamborghini Revuelto.
The car, wearing Viola Bast colourway and with a Purple interior, is worth over 10 Crores and belongs to a gentleman from Chennai. It is seen making insane sprints in the video. Successor to the legendary Aventador, the Revuelto is also the most expensive car sold by the Italian carmaker in India. It also happens to be the Lamborghini’s first-ever hybrid supercar, and is powered by a hybridized 6.5L naturally-aspirated V12 engine.
The electric part of the powertrain consists of a 3.8 kWh battery pack and electric motors. The NA engine alone can produce 825 hp and 725 Nm. The combined output, however, amounts to 1015 hp and 807 Nm. The Revuelto can go from zero 100 kph in under 2.5 seconds. The claimed top speed is 350 kph. This in fact, is faster than the Aventador. Though you and I would rather not care about it, this car is claimed to offer an all-electric range of 10 km…
The plug-in hybrid supercar has an edgy, loud design. It comes with Y-shaped LED DRLs, tail lamps, high-mounted hexagonal exhausts, 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. There are also Lambo’s signature scissor doors offered.
The cabin follows a ‘Y’ theme, and gets three large screens- an 8.4-inch floating touchscreen for infotainment, a 12.3-inch digital driver display and a 9.1-inch passenger display. Controls inside are finished to resemble those found in fighter jets. Lamborghini has made this car fairly livable on the inside. The supercar is in huge demand currently and is sold out till 2026.
Lamborghini Bengaluru has a Revuelto demo car in its dealer fleet. Finished in a striking Verde Turbine shade, with a black and orange leather interior, the pictures of it had recently gone viral, for an unusual reason. Being Bengaluru’s first Revuelto, the dealer decided to give it a traditional welcome, and took it to a temple where the priest performed rituals on the car. Videos of this were shared on social media before they went viral.
However, this vehicle is not seen in any of the videos from the ‘Bull Run’. It would be stupid to assume that they kept it away from the event, given the occasion’s relevance as an opportunity to show off the car and its capabilities to potential patrons. A possibility is that the dealer could have arranged Revuelto experiences at the drive’s destination or pitstops. We are unsure of those details and there is minimal picture evidence of the same.
