It appears that the accident occurred somewhere on a highway in Tamil Nadu, specifically at an intersection. The footage shows a group of bikers waiting to cross the road to reach the other side.
A lorry is seen making a turn at the intersection, with the riders caught behind it. One of the bikers waiting on the other side attempted to cross the road immediately after the lorry passed, which did not end well for him. The biker rode into the middle of the road without noticing oncoming traffic.
The rider was crossing a highway where vehicles often travel at high speeds. A Hyundai Verna was passing through this section of the highway, but the rider failed to notice the car. He only saw it once he reached the middle of the road. Panicking, the biker applied the brakes and froze in the middle of the road, leaving the car driver with little chance to react.
The driver tried to swerve the car to avoid the biker, but it was futile. The car crashed into the bike, and both the rider and pillion were thrown off. The front of the car was damaged, with dents on the roof and a shattered windshield. The bike suffered significant damage, and both the rider and pillion were seen airborne before hitting the ground.

It appears both individuals were severely injured, and neither was wearing a helmet. We all know how essential helmets are and how they can be lifesavers during accidents, protecting riders from head injuries. In this case, the bikers’ impatience caused the accident.
The rider failed to check for oncoming vehicles before joining the main road. At intersections, it is always advisable to stop, look, and proceed cautiously. The car driver should have also slowed down, as the truck crossing the intersection would have been a clear signal to anticipate potential hazards.
It seems the car driver’s intention was to let the bike pass while the car moved into the other lane. However, the biker, frightened by the speeding car, probably stopped abruptly in the middle of the road. This may have forced the driver to brake hard, resulting in the crash.
Always wear a helmet and remain patient on the road. This accident occurred solely because of the biker’s carelessness, putting his life and others’ lives at risk. We really hope the rider, pillion, car driver and other occupants in the car escaped the crash with minor injuries.
