Chennai Company Gifts Employees Cars, Royal Enfields, Honda Activas [Video]

Behind every successful business, there is always a team that is constantly coming up with new strategies and hardwork. Lately we have been seeing several reports where organisations are recognising the efforts of the employees and rewarding them. In North India, we have seen several companies offer cars and bikes as gift to its employees. A company from Chennai has now gifted cars, Royal Enfield bikes and Honda Activa scooters to its employees.

Chennai based Surmount logistics recently rewarded its employees for their efforts. The video seen here has been shared by V Plus News on their Instagram page. Denzil Rayan, founder of Surmount logistics started this new business two years ago and his company currently has several staffs. Out of them, the owner recognised 20 employees and gifted them with Tata cars, Royal Enfield Classic motorcycles and Honda Activa scooters.

In the video report, we see the owner speaking to the media and talking about his team. He also talks about the crucial role played by his employees in the growth of his business. Mr. Rayan believes his employees as the primary reason for their business success. We also see a staff who is being rewarded in the video.

She has been working with the firm for over an year and we see her speak about the working conditions and how supportive the team has been. The report also shares clips of other employees too. Some of them had no idea about this surprise gift. They were stunned to see a range of new bikes and cars parked outside the office.

As mentioned above, the organisation gifted the employees, Tata Tiago cars, several Royal Enfield Classic motorcycles and Honda Activa scooters. We see the employees ride and drive out in their brand new vehicles.

This is not the first time, we have seen something like this happen. Few years ago in Chennai, an IT firm had gifted not one or two but, 100 Maruti cars to its employees as a token appreciation for their loyalty. Similarly, an engineering firm in Chennai also did something similar. The engineering firm actually gifted expensive cars like Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, and many others.

Other than gifting expensive cars, the engineering firm Team Detailing Solutions gifted 29 motorcycles to its employees. Total number of cars gifted to the employees were 28.

In most cases the aim of the companies is to boost the morale of the employees. When an employee sees that his efforts are being rewarded and recognised, tendency to work more efficiently or improve work increases. While the person tries to improve his efforts, he becomes an example for others to work harder.

This way, the system improves and the organisation can also improve or increase their revenue. We had a Surat based diamond businessman who used to gift hundreds of cars to his employees every year during festive season. Why do many employees chooses this time is because many families in India consider festive season as auspicious and plan to buy new things including vehicles during this time of the year.
