The Tata Curvv is currently one of the newest and hottest cars in the country. Its unique coupe SUV design has managed to make it a head-turner. Recently, a video has been shared online in which a Hyundai Creta mid-size SUV owner reveals why he bought a Tata Curvv. He highlights all of the things he likes about the Curvv and also mentions the things he does not like about it.

Tata Curvv owner shares his experience

This video of the detailed ownership review of the Tata Curvv has been shared on YouTube by Girish Khanna on his channel. It starts off with the host introducing the owner of this particular Tata Curvv. Soon after this, he mentions that apart from the Tata Curvv, he also owns the Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier, and a Tata Tiago as well.

Pricing and delivery experience

Following the introduction, the host asks the owner about the variant chosen by him and its pricing. To this, he replies that he has bought the Creative+S variant, which sits below the top-spec Accomplished variant. After this, he mentions that he paid Rs 15.49 lakh in Chandigarh for this coupe SUV and did not receive any discounts on the car.

Moving on, he then mentioned that he initially booked the vehicle with another dealership in Chandigarh. However, as that dealership asked him to wait for a longer period, he chose another dealership, which provided him this car in his desired Daytona Grey color in just 15 days.

Tata Curvv drive

After this, the vlogger asks the owner about the driving experience of the Tata Curvv. To this, he replies that he already uses the Tata Tiago, which comes with the same 1.2-litre Revotron motor. However, as the Curvv comes with a turbocharger, its power of 118 bhp gives it an amazing feel. He highlights that it feels punchy, and its 170 Nm of torque also feels adequate.

He then talks about the suspension of the vehicle and states that it rides very comfortably. The owner added that initially, he thought that it might have a lot of body roll. However, due to its coupe design, there is minimal body roll, added the owner.

Comparison with Creta

After talking about the driving experience, the vlogger asks the owner for his thoughts on the Curvv in comparison to the Creta. To this, he replies that although both of these SUVs are in a similar price bracket, they cannot be directly compared. He explained that the Tata Curvv is very premium when compared to other Tata cars.

However, the Hyundai Creta feels slightly better built and offers a much quieter cabin. The owner also mentions that in terms of power, the Curvv offers slightly less torque than the Creta, but it makes up for it with slightly more power. He adds that in terms of driving, both have negligible differences.

Interior and pros and cons

The owner of the car then talks about the interior and features of the Curvv. He added that he could have bought the Accomplished top-spec variant. However, he found that the Creative+S variant has everything to offer. He highlights that the unique black-and-blue cabin of the Curvv feels premium.

Finally, the owner concludes the video by mentioning that there are many pros to this SUV. However, there is only one con. He explains that the steering wheel of this SUV seems slightly bigger than usual. He adds that its buttons also stick out slightly, which then get pressed while turning. The owner added that they could have been fitted slightly better by the company.
