Man Quits Bank Job And Sells Milk From Audi A3 Cabriolet!
Amit Bhadana had everything many would dream of— a stable, well-paying bank job which he got right after graduation and a supportive family. But while his future seemed secure, his heart was elsewhere. His love for high-end cars and motorcycles, clubbed with his family's milk business, led him to make a bold decision: to quit his banking career and follow his passion- of driving/riding interesting vehicles.
Today, Amit Bhadana is a well-known name in Faridabad, Haryana. Every morning, he delivers milk not on a scooter or a delivery van, but in an Audi A3 Cabriolet which, back in its day, had a price of around 50 lakh rupees. Amit's unique way of selling milk has made him a local celebrity, with people often waiting at their doors just to catch a glimpse or click a picture of him and the car. He had previously created headlines for selling milk on a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
'Didn't Enjoy Bank Job'
In an exclusive interview to ETV Bharat, Bhadana shared his deep fondness for bikes and cars since childhood. He also said that the bank job somehow pulled him back from pursuing his hobby, and this greatly upset him.
"Milk business was already running in the family. I decided to make my passion a profession and fulfil it along with the family business," Bhadana told in the interview.
The bank job was paying Bhadana well, but he somehow made up his mind to quit and pursue the family business. He then bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle and started selling milk on it. He would ride the expensive motorcycle to people's homes, delivering milk. This meant that his passion for riding expensive high-end motorcycles was being fulfilled alongside the business yielding him revenue. Bhadana could soon scale the family business and upgrade to the White Audi A3 Cabriolet.
Audi India had launched the A3 Cabriolet in December 2014. Back then, it had an ex-showroom price of Rs 44.75 lakh. It was brought in as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) and never made it to the local assembly. The most striking aspect of this vehicle was its convertible design. It came with a soft top that could be electrically operated. The drama that the retracting fabric roof creates is filmy indeed!
Circling back to Amit, using the A3 Cabriolet for delivering milk seems to have made him a sensation on social media. His social media following had already shot up with the acquisition of the Harley Davidson and the A3 Cabrio only added to the fame. Netizens seem to be warm and welcoming to the content he creates using the A3 Cabriolet, which mostly show him delivering milk in it.
Bhadana says that he is never embarrassed of selling milk and does it with passion instead. The same reflects in his success/
"Driving a car is my hobby and I cannot leave my passion. Now I have blended my passion with the family business, due to which I am earning and my hobby is also getting fulfilled".
