Many people think that the ultra-rich and high-net-worth individuals only live in mansions. However, this cannot be further from the truth. There is a luxury apartment society in Gurgaon that has some of the wealthiest residents. We are talking about the DLF Camellias. Yes, the same luxury apartment building where a 16,000 sq. ft. flat was sold for Rs 190 crore. Recently, a video from the same building’s basement has been shared online, and it shows cars ranging from Porsches and Lamborghinis to Rolls-Royces.

DLF Camellias: Filled with luxury and sports cars
The video showing the insane number of ultra-expensive luxury cars has been shared on Instagram by SainshDhawann on their page. It starts with a shot of the “First Edition” badge on the side of a Bentley Bentayga and a horse’s impression on a Rolls-Royce. After this, the montage showing multiple luxury and sports cars begins.
First off in the montage, all of the Porsches parked in the basement of this building were shown. We can note that the first car was a Porsche 911 Carrera S from the 992 generation. There was also a 911 from the 991.1 generation. It also included a 992 silver Turbo S and a Panamera Turbo luxury sedan.
Next up, the video shows not one, not two, but a number of different Mercedes-Benz Maybach S580s. One of them was the S680 V12 version as well. Lastly, it also shows a Mercedes-Maybach EQS luxury SUV finished in black and gold dual-tone colors.
Following this, we can note that there was a sea of Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG SUVs. These were finished in black and white colors. Apart from these, there was also a G400d. For those who may not be aware, the G400d is the slightly less expensive and less powerful version of the G63 AMG.
After this, the video goes on to show the Rolls-Royces parked in the basement. The first one was a first-generation Rolls-Royce Ghost Series I. It is finished in a classy shade of black with a beige interior. Apart from this, there is also a Rs 10 crore Rolls-Royce Spectre electric coupe. This one is finished in a classy shade of green with a brushed metal bonnet and a white interior.
Finally, the video shows the two Lamborghinis in the basement of this building. The first was a Lamborghini Urus finished in the shade of Nero Noctis. Also, there is a Huracan Tecnica worth Rs 4.5 crore finished in the same Nero Noctis shade. This particular supercar also had a black and yellow interior. There are a few other supercars in the video as well including a Ford Mustang, Lexus LC500 and BMW Z4.
Rs 190 crore DLF Camellias flat
If you are someone who is not aware of the DLF Camellias, it is one of the most luxurious apartment buildings in India. Recently, a 16,290 sq. ft. penthouse in the Camellias was sold for Rs 190 crore. It was bought by Info-X Software Technology Pvt. Ltd.’s director Rishi Parti.
The entrepreneur paid a stamp duty of Rs 13 crore, and it was registered on December 2, 2024. Prior to this sale, in October 2023, another 11,000 sq. ft. apartment in the Camellias was sold for Rs 114 crore. It was a resale transaction, so the details of the new owner were not revealed.
