Mahindra is currently one of the biggest SUV manufacturers in the country. Last year, the Indian manufacturer launched a couple of interesting models in the market, including the Thar Roxx. The year 2025 has begun, and we already know that Mahindra is going to offer some exciting products. Most of them are likely to be electric vehicles. Here, we have a list of 4 new electric SUVs that Mahindra will be launching in 2025.
BE 6
Mahindra launched the BE 6 last month. However, they only revealed prices for the entry-level variant. In the next couple of weeks, during the Bharat Mobility Expo, Mahindra will be announcing the prices for all the variants. The official bookings for the BE 6 will begin later this month, and soon after that, the deliveries will also start.
The BE 6 is offered with a 59 kWh unit and a 79 kWh battery pack. The smaller battery pack variant generates 228 Bhp, while the 79 kWh battery option generates 281 Bhp. The starting price for the Mahindra BE 6 is Rs 18.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
XEV 9E
Along with the BE 6, Mahindra also launched the XEV 9E. Just like the BE 6, pricing for all the variants of the XEV 9E will be announced at the Expo in the next couple of weeks. Both the BE 6 and XEV 9E use the same battery packs. Mahindra will initially launch the SUV with RWD, but an AWD version is expected to come soon. The starting price for the XEV 9E is Rs 21.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
XEV 7E
Mahindra will be launching another electric SUV this year. It is the XEV 7E, or the electric version of the XUV700. We got a glimpse of the upcoming electric SUV in the last couple of weeks, and we have also seen test mules on the road. The exterior design of the SUV is similar to the XUV700, with the front fascia looking similar to the XEV 9E.
Just like the other electric SUVs from Mahindra, the XEV 7E is likely to be powered by the same 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery packs. The upcoming electric version of the XUV700 will compete with the Tata Safari Electric, which is expected to be launched later in 2025.
The Mahindra XEV 7E will feature ambient lighting, electrically adjustable seats with memory function, HUD, drive modes, wireless phone charging, a panoramic sunroof or closed glass roof, Level 2 ADAS, and more. It will also include a triple-screen setup, which was first introduced in the XEV 9E.
XUV 3XO Electric (XUV400 Facelift)
Mahindra launched the updated XUV300 as the XUV 3XO in the market last year. Just like the other models in Mahindra’s lineup, the recently updated XUV400 is also due for an update.
It will now get a major facelift based on the XUV 3XO SUV. The SUV has been spotted testing on several occasions, and it is very clear from the images that the SUV is inspired by the XUV 3XO.
The front gets a redesigned grille, headlamps, and bumper, with sleek-looking LED tail lamps, connecting LED bars, and more. Mahindra might also offer updated interiors along with additional features, including ADAS, with the 3XO Electric.
