Maharashtra Rural Development Minister Jaykumar Gore has lately been facing serious trouble after sexual harassment allegations were made against him. Now, just as the dust seems to settle on this, another incident has put him in hot water. Adityaraj Gore recently took delivery of a Ducati Panigale V4S and to celebrate the same, went on a stunting spree on public roads. Videos of this ( shared by Adityaraj himself) went viral, landing the minister in trouble.

Minister's Son Does Wheelie On Highway (Video)

Adityaraj Gore shared a reel showing his new Ducati and him doing crazy wheelies with it on the Satara-Kolhapur highway. He does the stunt on a relatively empty patch of the highway and wearing proper riding gear. The Ducati, however, lacked a number plate. The filming seems to have been done from a car that was riding parallel to his motorcycle.

It should be said that Adityaraj is good at popping a wheelie and does it in effortlessly with good throttle control. However, doing it on a public road instead of a more controlled environment like a private road or an empty airstrip is what created outrage among netizens.

The video quickly gained traction and people started showering comments- mostly against the minister's son. Many raised concerns about riding without a number plate and the inefficiency in ensuring road safety and law enforcement.

A screen recording of the original reel was shared by the X user Bhaiya Patil, accusing Adityaraj of endangering not just his own life, but also the safety of others on the road. He highlighted how the absence of a number plate further adds to the illegality of the act. In his post, Patil questioned whether traffic laws apply equally to everyone—or if being the son of a cabinet minister grants immunity from legal consequences.

The X user also pointed out the double standards at play, stating that any common citizen attempting such stunts would face heavy penalties, vehicle confiscation, and possibly even jail time.

Following the backlash, Adityaraj Gore deleted the reel from his Instagram account. However, the controversy didn't stop there. Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut also weighed in, directly questioning Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis. “Is the Chief Minister also the Home Minister of the state?” Raut asked, criticizing the government’s silence and failure to act against such reckless behaviour.

As the debate grows, the spotlight is once again on Minister Jaykumar Gore. Many are now asking how he will respond to this latest scandal involving his son, and whether any accountability will follow—or if the issue will be brushed under the rug once again.

This issue has almost turned into a war between political parties. Some users have brought into focus the previous incident of Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde's son riding a motorcycle in public without wearing a helmet. Shrikant Shinde had faced much social media backlash for doing so.
