MS Dhoni Takes His 4 Crore Mercedes G-Wagen Out For A Spin [Video]

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, a name that is not only popular among cricket lovers but also in general, is an ace batsman, wicketkeeper, and captain. However, along with cricket, Dhoni also possesses a deep-rooted love for automobiles. This love is shown by him driving his cars regularly. Recently, MS Dhoni was seen arriving at his home in Jharkhand after a training session. He was driving his recently bought Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, or G-Wagen as we all know.

The video showing Mahendra Singh Dhoni driving his Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen has been shared on YouTube. It comes courtesy of Mahi Fan. In this short clip, we can note that there were a few fans outside the main gate of Dhoni’s mansion in Ranchi, Jharkhand. They were waiting for him to come back from the training session.

He then arrived in front of his home in his recently bought Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. We can see that he was alone in the SUV, driving it. As for his fans, they had to leave without any photos with the cricketing star, as he generally never stops in front of his mansion’s door to click pictures. This time, as well, he directly drove his SUV inside.

MS Dhoni bought himself this Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, or G-Wagen, back in November of last year. He has chosen the menacing shade of Designo Magno Night Black. Also, it has been optioned with gold accents, adding a classy touch.

The cricketing legend has also chosen his favorite number, which is “7” or “0007,” for his SUV. This particular number is very special for him as it is his jersey number. He currently plays for the Chennai Super Kings team in the Indian Premier League.

Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG

Currently, the latest generation of the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen is one of the most hyped luxury cars. It comes in a few different iterations, of which the G63 AMG is the most popular and powerful version. It is powered by a 4.0-litre bi-turbo V8 petrol engine, delivering an impressive 585 Bhp of power and a peak torque of 850 Nm.

He also owns limited-edition two-stroke motorcycles from BMW and older-generation bikes like the Yamaha RD350 and Royal Enfield. Apart from these, his other modern motorcycle collection includes the likes of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, Kawasaki Ninja H2, Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, Ducati 1098, and the ultra-exclusive Confederate X132 Hellcat.

In addition, Dhoni also owns a number of classic car models, including the original Mini 3-door, Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, and Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. He also owns a Land Rover Freelander 2, vintage Land Rover Defenders, and a few other unique cars.

Dhoni Seen Riding His Super Rare Yamaha R1-Z

Back in July of this year, Dhoni was also seen riding his Yamaha R1-Z. He was seen wearing a helmet and waving at the person recording the video. This particular bike was finished in the dual-tone shades of white and black.

For those who may not be aware, the Yamaha R1-Z is one of the very rare motorcycles in the country. It is powered by a 247-cc, parallel-twin, two-stroke, liquid-cooled engine. This engine generates 45 PS and 36.3 Nm of peak torque.
