Just a few days ago, we reported about a small python getting inside the engine bay of a Maruti Suzuki Swift. Well, we now once again have a similar incident that took place in Odisha. This time, however, the python was not a small one; rather, it was a massive 7-foot-long python. A video showing how this python was stuck inside the air conditioning system of a Hyundai i10 has been shared online.

7-foot Python Gets Stuck Inside Hyundai i10’s AC
A 7-foot python being rescued from a Hyundai i10 has been shared on X, and it comes courtesy of OTV News. In this short clip, we can note that a number of people were surrounding a Hyundai i10 hatchback. As per the video, this car was standing at the showroom when it was discovered that there was a snake underneath the bonnet of this i10.
Following this, the video then shows that the bonnet of this car was removed, and a massive python was seen stuck inside the air conditioning system of this car. We can note that only the tail and half of the body of the snake were visible. After trying to rescue it from the car, it was found that it was stuck inside.
So, the rescuers managed to pull out the air conditioning system of the car. It was then placed on the ground, and we can note that the head of the python was inside the air box. Thankfully, after some more time, the python was rescued, and we can note how long and strong it was. The rescuers then quickly put this python inside a bag.
Not the First Incident
As mentioned, just a few days ago, another incident of a python being rescued from a car was shared here on Cartoq. What happened was that a small yet very aggressive python managed to get inside the bonnet of a Maruti Suzuki Swift. It was noted that it was stuck between the firewall and the engine of the hatchback.
The rescuers were then called to bring out the snake safely. Thankfully, the professional rescuers came and caught the snake by hand. They then took it to a jungle and freed it in its natural habitat.
Apart from this incident, prior to this, another terrifying video was shared online. In this particular video, a massive King Cobra was seen resting inside the engine bay of a Datsun Go hatchback. Thankfully, this was a very calm King Cobra, which was rescued and then freed in the jungle.
How to Avoid Getting Snakes Inside the Bonnet of Your Car
As we are aware, snakes are cold-blooded animals that seek warmth during cold and rainy days. Now, as the engine bays of cars are very warm, they find ways to enter this place by going through crevices. If you want to avoid any such situation, make sure to park your car in a garage or on paved lots.
Generally, snakes reside in places where there are tall grasses or wood piles and other stuff underneath which they hide. So, if you park your car near these places, the chances of them crawling inside your car become higher. Apart from this, you can also try using natural snake deterrents like clove oil and sulfur around your parking spot.
