Recently, the popular real estate tycoon and owner of Danube Properties revealed how he went from staying in Mumbai slums to owning six Rolls Royce cars, Bentleys, a Ferrari, and a Lamborghini.

Rizwan Sajan and His Cars

The man we are talking about is Rizwan Sajan. Recently, a video of him giving a short interview after getting off his Rolls Royce was shared on Instagram. It comes courtesy of The School of Hard Knock. In this clip, the interviewer sees a man coming out of a Rolls Royce Ghost. He then goes to him and asks how he got a Rolls Royce.

To this, the man answers that this is one of his six Rolls Royces. Following this, he introduces himself as Rizwan Sajan, the man behind the real estate giant company Danube Properties. After the introduction, the host asks him about the most amount of money he has made in a single year. Sajan then replies that he has made 10 billion dirhams in a single year.

Following this, the host asks him if it is necessary for someone to come from a wealthy family to become a billionaire. To this, the billionaire real estate tycoon answers that it is not necessary. He adds that, in fact, 85 percent of billionaires are self-made. The host then questions whether, if he lost everything tomorrow, he would be able to make back his money.

To this, he replied that yes, he would. He explained that he believes he is a superb salesman and that he could even sell properties to animals if thrown into the jungles of South Africa. Following this, he explains that anyone can become a good salesman because it is a skill that can be learned. He also mentions that it is important to understand the needs of the customer.

He also highlights that, more importantly, you have to become a good person. He quotes, “People buy from people they like.” Finally, the interviewer asks him if Dubai is the best place to do business. He states that indeed, Dubai is currently the best place in the world to start a business, especially in real estate.

Rizwan Sajan, as mentioned, is a billionaire who was born and brought up in Mumbai. He later shifted to Dubai in the 1990s to create a better future. Following this, he worked as a sales manager at a construction supply shop and then started his own company. After working very hard, he became one of the biggest real estate tycoons in Dubai with his company, Danube Group.

He has been featured in a number of videos and has shown his 40,000 sq. ft. mansion and his impressive car collection. He owns a number of cars, including a Ferrari California T, multiple Rolls Royces, including a Phantom, a Cullinan Black Badge, a Ghost Series II, and a latest-generation Ghost.

He also owns a Bentley Continental GT, a Mulsanne, a Flying Spur, a Cadillac Escalade, a Lamborghini Urus, Maybach S500 and many others. What’s even more special is that most of his cars have the number plate “7869.”
