Time and time again, we have highlighted that driving a vehicle on the beach is not something anyone should do. However, no matter how many times this gets told, people still do this stupid thing and then get stuck in situations they cannot get out of. Recently, once again, a video showing a Royal Enfield Classic motorcycle being ridden on a beach has been shared online. It shows how this bike eventually got stuck in the sand.
This video of a Royal Enfield Classic motorcycle getting stuck on a beach has been shared on Facebook. It comes courtesy of Kolkatar Pulak. The short clip starts with a shot of two men riding a silver Royal Enfield Classic on a beach with loose sand. We can note that one person was riding the bike, while the person in the rear was shooting a video.
Following this, we can note that both of them fell on the beach. They can also be seen trying to retrieve their bike from the beach after it got stuck. The video shows that the men managed to find a third person, who can also be seen helping them. Whether these three people were successful in getting the motorcycle out or not has not been revealed.
Where did this incident take place?
According to reports, this incident took place at a beach in Orissa. We can spot that the beach still has standing water in some spots. It does not look ideal for riding a bike or even driving a car. This type of sand mixed with water can easily turn into a trap, and the tires of cars and bikes can easily get stuck.
Not the first such case
Just a while ago, another similar incident occurred where a video showing a Mercedes Benz E-Class sedan stuck on a beach was shared online. In this video clip, a blue Mercedes Benz luxury sedan was seen left stranded on a beach. It was reported that a few drunk people left this car on the Bogmalo beach in Goa.
Prior to this incident, two Mahindra Thar three-door SUVs were seen drowning at a beach. What happened was that the red Thar driver was driving the SUV on the beach near the water. However, as the tide was rising, he could not get his vehicle out on time, leading to it getting stuck in the water.
Following this, another white Thar arrived to help in getting the first one out. However, this Thar met the same fate and also got stuck. It was then reported that local people helped them in getting these SUVs out, after which FIRs were lodged against these men, and both Thars were seized.
In another video, a Mahindra Thar was seen rescuing a Land Rover Defender luxury SUV that also got stuck on a beach. The three-door SUV was seen helping in getting this Rs 1.1 crore SUV out of the sand. Due to these situations, we have advised people not to take their vehicles on the beach. So next time you visit a beach, please do not attempt to drive on it.
