Bollywood Actress Sonam Kapoor Buys BMW 7-Series Worth Rs 2.13 Crore [Video]

The popular Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is a true luxury car lover. Over the years, she has added a number of ultra-exclusive and expensive cars to her collection. The most recent of these cars is a brand-new BMW 740i M Sport. The actress was recently spotted with her new luxury sedan. Apart from this, the actress recently also bought herself a Land Rover Defender, Range Rover Autobiography, Maybach S580, and a Porsche Taycan S as well.

In this short video, the actress was seen arriving at a place in Mumbai in her brand-new BMW 740i M Sport luxury sedan. She was seen in casual attire. Interestingly, her car was seen with a temporary registration plate.

Sonam Kapoor has chosen the Black Sapphire Metallic color for her brand-new BMW 740i M Sport. The actress has opted for the dark tan-colored interior, which goes very well with the exterior color. Sonam Kapoor has most likely paid Rs 2.13 crore for her new flagship BMW sedan.

Coming to the variant chosen by the actress, she has gone with the 740i M Sport variant. This trim comes powered by the popular B58 motor from BMW. It is an inline 6-cylinder motor that makes 375 bhp and 520 Nm of torque. It comes mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

2024 BMW 740i

Currently, the BMW 7 Series is in its seventh generation and is called the G70. It is the flagship sedan from the German carmaker and has been given a massive update. It now gets a sleek-looking split headlamp design and larger kidney grilles with LED light around them.

The car also comes equipped with flush-type door handles and 19-inch aero blade-style alloy wheels. On the inside, the new 740i M Sport comes loaded with features such as a curved infotainment screen. This curved display comprises a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment screen.

Like the flagship electric BMW i7, the ICE version also includes a roof-mounted 31.3-inch 8K cinema screen. It also gets 5.5-inch touchscreens on the rear door pads, a panoramic sunroof, leather upholstery with electrical adjustments, ambient lighting, and numerous other luxury features.

Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography

Apart from her newest BMW 7 Series, the actress also owns a latest-generation Range Rover Autobiography luxury SUV. This SUV, worth Rs 2.96 crore, has been chosen by her in the lovely Eiger Grey color. Like her 740i M Sport, she has opted for a tan-colored interior for her SUV. The exact engine option chosen by the actress is unknown. However, the Range Rover Autobiography comes with both petrol and diesel engine options.

Land Rover Defender 110

The actress also recently got herself a Land Rover Defender 110. This SUV is finished in the Santorini Black color and has been opted for with a tan interior. The exact variant of Sonam Kapoor’s Defender is unknown. Land Rover offers the Defender with three engine options. These include two petrol and one diesel engine. Most celebs in Bollywood own diesel Defenders, which come equipped with a 3.0-litre diesel motor capable of producing 300 bhp and 650 Nm of torque.

Mercedes Maybach S580

Sonam Kapoor also owns a Mercedes Maybach S580 luxury sedan. This sedan is finished in the lovely Nautic Blue color. This sedan also gets a tan interior like her other cars. The Maybach S580 is the top-of-the-line luxury sedan offered by the German carmaker.

This sedan comes powered by a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 mild-hybrid petrol engine. It makes 496 bhp and 700 Nm of torque. This sedan comes with a price tag of Rs 2.69 crore, ex-showroom. Notably, Anil Kapoor, who is Sonam’s father, also recently bought the same model, finished in Emerald Green shade.

Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja also recently bought their first-ever electric car. They have chosen the very unique Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo variant. The couple bought this unique crossover EV finished in the lovely shade of Miami Blue. It has also been opted for with a beige-colored interior.

The Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo comes equipped with dual electric motors on both axles. It makes 625 bhp and 1050 Nm of torque. It is an AWD car, and it can do a 0-100 sprint in just 2.9 seconds, which is very impressive. It also offers a range of 419 km on a single full charge.

Mercedes Benz S400

The actress also owns a blue-colored Mercedes Benz S400. The interesting thing about this car is that it was given to her as a gift from her dad, Anil Kapoor.
