Wrong side riding or driving is a menace on Indian roads and that has often become the major cause for accidents on the streets. We have seen several examples that show the dangers of wrong side driving. However people never learn and continue to repeat the same. We have now come across a video where a woman riding a Honda Activa scooter on the wrong side stops in front of a car and asks driver to go around.
The video has been shared by cars India on Reddit. The video has been shared by one of the users. The incident happened somewhere in Karnataka. The whole video has been recorded in the dashcam of the car. In this video, we see several vehicles slowly moving moving through a two lane road.
The vehicles are moving slowly because of a trailer in front that seems to be carrying a oversized load. It seems to be a trailer carrying a windmill wing. As the truck was slowly moving through one lane, other vehicles were either behind the trailer or they were moving forward through the other lane.
An autorickshaw in front of the car stops and suddenly we see a woman riding a scooter next to the autorickshaw. She is riding on the wrong side of the road and that without a riding helmet. She looks like local as we see her waving at a person passing by the road in another vehicle. After passing the autorickshaw she directly comes towards the dashcam car.
The car driver stopped the vehicle and so did the woman. The woman then asked the car driver to move away with an attitude. She was acting in such a manner that it almost felt like the car driver was at fault. The woman started waving at the other road users without caring about the issue she has created on the road.

The car driver was also not in a mood to move. He stopped the car and refused to move away from the scooter rider. The woman waited for few minutes. She probably thought that the car driver might move away just like the auto driver. However that did not happen and then she finally turned her scooter away from the car and continued to ride on the wrong side.
She was not even riding through the middle of the road. The chances of she becoming a reason for accident were pretty high. The scooter rider was definitely careless and she was not only putting her on life but, life of many other road users at risk.
The comment section under this video is filled with remarks against the woman rider. Hopefully, cops will come across the video and take necessary action against the rider.
