All New Honda Amaze: In-Depth Walkaround Before Official Launch Tomorrow [Video]

Honda will officially take the covers off the new third-generation Amaze tomorrow. However, just before its official launch, a complete exterior and interior walkaround of this upcoming sedan has been shared online. This video shows the new Honda Amaze parked inside a dealership parking lot. The vlogger shows two Honda Amaze sedans, one finished in red and the other finished in blue.

The detailed walkaround video of the Honda Amaze before its launch has been shared on YouTube by Drive Expo on their channel. In this voiceover video, the creator mentions that it was shot in a basement where there were limited lights. However, despite this, we note a number of details about this new sub-compact sedan.

2024 Honda Amaze Exterior design

First off, the vlogger shows the exterior of the red Honda Amaze. We can observe that it gets a new and larger grille with a hexagonal pattern and also a chrome garnish around it. The vlogger, however, highlights that the standard model will not get this chrome surround as it is part of an accessories package.

Next up, he shows the new Elevate-like LED headlights with L-shaped DRLs on top. The lower bumper has also been given a complete redesign and now gets LED fog lights. Following this, the vlogger shows the side profile of the vehicle where we can note the addition of new 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

These have the same design as the current-generation Honda City. Another feature highlighted in the video is the camera underneath the left ORVM, which turns on after the left indicator is switched on. This same feature is also available on the Honda City.

Apart from this, it has also been mentioned that the top-spec ZX variant will get auto-folding and electrically operated ORVMs. The video then shows the rear of the red car with the new U-shaped LED taillights, as seen on the Honda City. The new Amaze also gets a shark fin antenna on top.

Next up, the vlogger opens the driver-side door and mentions that all four door handles on the top-spec variant are finished in chrome. He then shows the door pad of the driver side, which has controls for all four windows and electrically foldable and operational ORVMs. The vlogger adds that it also gets soft materials and fabric on the handrest.

Next, he shows the center console and dashboard of the new Amaze. The main highlight of this interior is the new 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, as seen on the Honda Amaze. There are also sleek AC vents in the middle and the same HVAC controls as the Elevate.

Apart from this, he shows the same multifunction steering wheel seen on the Honda City and Elevate. On the left side are the controls for the infotainment system, and on the right side of the steering wheel are the controls for ADAS. The new Amaze will come with camera-based ADAS.

The vlogger in the video also shows that there will be a wireless charging pad just below the central AC vents, and there will also be two USB Type-A ports on the right side. The Amaze will also get brightness control on the left side of the steering column and push-button start on the right side.

Sadly, the new Amaze will not be offered with an electric sunroof, which its main rival, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift, is being offered with. Apart from these, the vlogger highlights that the red car has been fitted with leatherette seat covers as part of the accessories package. However, the standard model will only come with beige fabric upholstery. It also gets rear AC vents.
