2025 Mahindra 3XO Electric SUV: Fresh Spyshots Of Upcoming EV

Mahindra Automotive will soon be launching the XUV 3XO EV in India. This new model will replace the XUV400 EV, which has been due for a facelift. Recently, a few new spy shots of the Mahindra XUV 3XO EV have been shared online. In these images, this new electric SUV was seen being charged at a fast-charging station. Most likely, it will be launched at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo, which will commence on the 17th of January.

Mahindra XUV 3XO EV New Spy Shots

The first spy shot of the new XUV 3XO EV shows the red-colored SUV with a blue-colored geometric camouflage being charged at a Zeon fast-charging station. It can be noted that it was parked right next to a Tata Punch EV, which was also finished in a red color. In terms of design, the new XUV 3XO EV is based on the XUV 3XO ICE variant.

At the front, it gets the same split headlamp setup with C-shaped LED DRLs and projector headlights. It also gets the exact same bumper as the ICE model. Most likely, the only difference will be on the lower middle section and the closed-off grille on the top. Apart from this, we can note that this new model will also come with Level 2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera.

There is the radar in the lower section and a front camera on top of the windshield. Moving on to the side profile, we can note it will boast the same silhouette as the ICE model. The only thing unique about the XUV 3XO EV on the side is the set of aero-style alloy wheels. It also gets gloss black mirror caps and gloss black roof rails on top as well.

Moving on to the rear end of the XUV 3XO EV, the spy shots show it with some camouflage on the rear decklid and some on the middle portion of the rear bumper. It gets the same connected LED taillights, shark fin antenna, and same rear bumper with faux skid plate and gold accents.

XUV 3XO EV: Interior

At the moment, there are no spy pictures of the interior of the upcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO EV. However, most likely, it will remain the same as the ICE model. The newly updated XUV 3XO comes equipped with a 10.25-inch infotainment screen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, along with cruise control, ventilated front seats, and dual-zone AC. It also gets a wireless phone charger, connected car tech, and Alexa connectivity.

XUV 3XO EV: Powertrain

The Mahindra XUV 3XO EV will reportedly be offered with the same battery pack options. The first will be the smaller 34.5 kWh unit, which will be paired with an electric motor generating 150 PS and 310 Nm of peak torque. This EC variant will boast a certified driving range of 375 km. Meanwhile, the larger battery pack option of 39.4 kWh will offer a range of 456 km on a single full charge.

Mahindra XUV 3XO EV: Pricing and Competition

Currently, the Mahindra XUV400 EV starts at Rs 15.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 17.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Most likely, with the launch of the XUV 3XO EV, the prices could see a slight bump. As for the competition, this new electric SUV will be taking on the Tata Nexon EV, which starts at Rs 12.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 17.19 lakh.
