Exterior design

The biggest and most important change in the new Dzire, when compared to the old model, is its exterior design. This time around, Maruti Suzuki has given special attention to the exterior and has made it a lot more premium yet sporty, unlike the last generation model, which looked like a modified Swift. The new Dzire gets a unique identity.

At the front, this sedan now comes equipped with a much bolder and larger grille with horizontal slats. It also gets a set of sleek crystal LED headlights, which add to the premiumness of the new Dzire. Also, it comes with a new front bumper with redesigned fog lights.

The old model came equipped with a much smaller and simpler-looking grille with a chrome bezel. Its headlights were also not as sporty. The old generation Dzire also came with fog lights with a boomerang-shaped chrome garnish.

As for the rear differences, the old generation model came with a set of L-shaped taillights, which looked decent. However, they have now been replaced by much sportier-looking tri-arrow-shaped LED taillights. The rear bumper has also been redesigned, and the new one looks more aggressive.

Interior design

Like the exterior, the interior of the new Dzire has also been completely revamped. It now gets a very modern cabin, which has multiple layers. The old generation Dzire’s cabin looked very mundane. This time around, the new Dzire gets a freestanding 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system.
