Next-Generation Hyundai Venue N-Line Spotted Testing [Video]

The South Korean automotive giant Hyundai is currently working on the development of the new-generation Venue sub-compact SUV. Recently, a test mule of the next-generation N-Line variant of the Venue has been spotted testing in South Korea. From the video, it has been noted that the vehicle was fully covered in camouflage; however, we can still note that the new Venue will look a lot more bold and muscular when compared to the current model.
This video showing the test mule of the next-generation Hyundai Venue N-Line has been shared on YouTube by Healer TV on their channel. In this short video, we can note that a fully camouflaged test mule of the new Venue was being tested on a public road. As for the confirmation about it being the N-Line variant, it can be seen that there is a badge on the front fenders.
Also, the rear gets a dual-exit exhaust tip, which is a clear giveaway of it being the N-Line variant. Now, coming to the overall design of the new Hyundai Venue on which this N-Line variant is based, the new model gets a much sharper and bolder exterior design. At the front, we can note that the new Venue still gets a split headlight set-up.
However, the overall front fascia has been given a much more aggressive styling. Peeking through the camouflage is a hexagonal gloss black grille, which most likely will be limited to the N-Line variant. The standard model could get a slightly more simple and tamed-out design. Apart from this, the front bumper has also been changed.
Moving on to the side profile, the front fenders of the new-generation Venue have now been made more aggressive. The vehicle now gets a stronger shoulder line that starts from the front fender and runs through the side profile. Apart from this, the main highlight of the side profile of the new Venue is the set of new 16-inch wheels, which boast a dual-tone finish and are more aerodynamic.
As for the rear end, like the front, the new Venue gets a set of new, sleeker, and sharper-looking LED taillights. Sadly, the test mule of the new model was fully covered from the rear, so not much can be noted. However, we can expect to see a brand-new rear bumper. As mentioned, this being the N-Line variant, it gets a dual-exit exhaust tip.
At the moment, the spy video and images do not show the interior of the new Venue. However, it is believed that the company will be updating the dashboard of this popular sub-compact SUV. It will reportedly get new features such as a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a panoramic sunroof. It will feature Level 2+ Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Most likely, the new Venue N-Line will retain the same engine option as the current model. This means that the same 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol will be offered. This motor transmission will also include the same—a 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Currently, the Hyundai Venue starts at Rs 12.15–13.97 lakh. So, expect to see a price bump on the new model. As for the launch timeline, the company will most likely launch it by the festive season of this year, around October–November.
