Nissan Magnite Crashes With Truck: Breaks The Truck’s Rear Axle

Recently, another horrific crash of a Nissan Magnite from Kerala has been shared online, which shows the importance of a safe car. What’s astonishing about this particular crash is that this Magnite managed to break the truck’s rear axle.

Nissan Magnite Breaks Truck’s Axle

This video, showing the aftermath of the Nissan Magnite’s crash with a tipper truck, has been shared on YouTube by Nikhil Rana on his channel. It starts with the creator of the video stating that this particular incident has been reported from Kerala. After this, the video shows the aftermath of the accident that took place a while ago.

From the images shared, we can note that the Nissan Magnite, with a completely destroyed front right, was parked on the side of the road. It was stated that this particular Magnite had crashed into the rear of a tipper truck. Surprisingly, the impact of the crash was so strong that it broke off the truck’s rear axle.

Thankfully, even after this horrible crash, the cabin and pillars of the Nissan Magnite were undamaged and saved all the occupants. As per the reports, this accident could have been caused due to overspeeding or the tipper truck applying brakes without any prior indication. However, the exact reason is unknown.

The newly facelifted Nissan Magnite comes equipped with safety features including six standard airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), hill start assist, traction control, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors.

Nissan Magnite Facelift

Nissan recently launched the facelifted version of its popular sub-compact SUV, Magnite, in India. This new model has been launched with a starting price of Rs 5.99 lakh. From there, it goes all the way up to Rs 11.5 lakh for the top-spec variant.

In terms of changes, the new Magnite facelift gets new chrome garnish on the front fascia, a slightly retouched bonnet design, L-shaped LED DRLs, and a new front bumper with a large skid plate finished in silver. It also gets new 16-inch, dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Apart from these, on the inside, it gets Sunrise Orange Copper and Black upholstery, a new larger touchscreen infotainment system with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, an Arkamys six-speaker premium audio system, and a new 7-inch configurable TFT digital driver display.
