Renault's First new'R store In Maharastra Is Now Operational

The French automaker Renault has inaugurated its first “new'R store” in Maharashtra. This particular one is located in Kandivali, Mumbai. This new store follows the new brand transformation strategy of Renault — “renault.rethink.” As for this particular new'R store, it is the second operational new Renault dealership in India. The first one was inaugurated back in February of this year in Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
This new premium dealership of Renault — new'R store — features the latest “New Visual Identity (NVI).” Its main highlights include a sleek black façade which incorporates Renault's new and more futuristic-looking logo. This particular logo was recently adopted by Renault Global. Apart from these, the Renault R Store in Kandivali, Mumbai, boasts signature lighting, premium seating, and a 360-degree camera.
This has been carefully selected by the brand to increase the modern, immersive, and customer-centric feel. As for the layout, in the new'R store, the vehicles are placed at the center of the space, making them the center of attention and where all the customers can get a full-angle experience. Additionally, the customer service areas such as after-sales reception, sales advisor offices, and others have been located at the perimeter.
The new Kandivali new'R store has three display vehicles, dedicated consultation areas, and a modern customer lounge. Renault, in order to enhance the customer experience, has made sure that the customers are allowed to move freely and inspect the vehicles from all perspectives. Also, the consultation touchpoints have been made more comfortable and cohesive.
Renault's Kandivali new'R store spans across 2,100 sq. ft. and utilizes upscale elements to deliver a world-class, seamless experience. All of the new Renault dealerships across the country will now follow the new'R store format. Additionally, the existing dealerships will also be revamped to match the global standards. The company has set a target to revamp 100 dealerships by 2025, and the complete transformation will take place by 2026.
In addition to the revamping of the product and service offerings, the company is providing a standard 3-year/1,00,000 km warranty. On top of this, there is an optional 7-year/unlimited km extended warranty. Renault now also introduced government approved CNG retrofitment kit options to its vehicle lineup.
