The Czech automaker Skoda has finally unveiled the facelifted iteration of its popular electric SUV, the Enyaq, for the global markets. As per reports, this model will also be making its way to India, and this time around, it boasts the brand’s “Modern Solid Design” language. It is expected to make its debut sometime this year. The new Enyaq facelift also features a brand-new interior design.

Skoda Enyaq Facelift Design and Dimensions
First off, let’s start with the dimensions of the new Enyaq facelift. It will measure 4,658 mm in length, 1,879 mm in width, and its height will be 1,622 mm. As for the wheelbase, it will be 2,765 mm. Dimensionally, it will be around the same size as the Kia EV6 GT but will be much taller.
Coming to the exterior design of the Enyaq facelift, Skoda has utilized its “Modern Solid Design” language. We have already seen the new Kylaq and the internationally unveiled Elroq electric SUV with this design language. The main highlight of this newly facelifted SUV is that it has now become a lot more aerodynamic.
As per Skoda, the drag coefficient of the Enyaq facelift has reduced from 0.264 to 0.245. At the front, this SUV comes equipped with a split headlamp design where the top part gets LED matrix DRLs, and the main LED headlights are set in the middle portion of the front fascia.
Apart from these, the SUV also gets dark chrome Skoda lettering on the bonnet and tailgate. It also gets 19-inch alloy wheels as standard and other will be optional 21-inch alloy wheels as well. For those who may not be aware, Skoda has ditched its iconic “Winged Arrow” logo. At the rear, the SUV gets a new bumper and new LED taillights, which are very sleek and add to the futuristic design.
Skoda Enyaq Facelift Interior
Moving on to the interior of the new Enyaq facelift, this popular electric SUV gets a brand-new interior layout. It looks very similar to the one seen on the new Superb and the newly facelifted Kodiaq SUV. The main highlight of this new cabin is a massive freestanding 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system. There is also a 5-inch digital instrument gauge cluster.
Other features of this electric SUV include keyless entry with auto-lock/unlock, three-zone automatic climate control, predictive adaptive cruise control, and traffic jam assist. It also gets remote park assist, 585 litres of boot space, and, with the rear seats folded, its space increases to 1,710 litres. The Enyaq facelift also gets ECONYL fibres for seats and recycled materials for other trims.
Skoda Enyaq Facelift Powertrain
Internationally, the Skoda Enyaq facelift will be offered with two battery pack options. The first will be a bigger 77 kWh battery pack that will offer a range of 588 km. Then, there will be a 59 kWh battery pack, which will provide a range of 431 km. Both battery packs can be charged from 10-80 percent in just 30 minutes using a DC fast charger.
As for the electric motors, the top-of-the-line Enyaq 85 variant will be offered with a 282 bhp motor that will also make 535 Nm of torque. It will be able to do a sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 6.7 seconds. There will also be an AWD 85X variant. Additionally, the Enyaq 60 will be offered with an electric motor producing 201 bhp and 310 Nm of torque and will do 0-100 kmph in just 8.1 seconds.
