Tesla Cybertruck From India Is Not What You Think It Is [Video]

Tesla is one of the most popular and recognized electric car manufacturers around the world. They have captured markets in the USA and many other Western countries with their variety of models. One of the anticipated models from Tesla that they showcased over five years ago was the Cybertruck. Tesla finally launched the Cybertruck last year after postponing the launch multiple times. While the world has been wowed by the Cybertruck, here we have a video that shows a Tesla Cybertruck from India. However, this is not what you think it is.

The video has been shared by CS12 Vlogs on his YouTube channel. The Cybertruck seen in the video is actually a replica that was spotted in the parking lot of Aamby Valley, where The Valley Run was conducted in 2022. The video clearly shows the quirky-looking Cybertruck replica.

From a distance, it does look impressive; however, as you look closer at the details, you start noticing differences. The overall look of the car is convincing. The design is similar to what Elon Musk showcased to the world back in 2019.

The Made-in-India Cybertruck that is actually spotted in the parking area looks futuristic and has an odd-looking design. The edgy body panels, sloping front windscreen, tapering rear profile with an open bay to load stuff at the back, and so on.

As mentioned above, this is a Made-in-India project car, and the overall fit and finish of the panels and other parts do look a bit rough. Unlike the original model, this replica misses out on the LED lights seen at the front and rear.

Another element that differentiates this replica model from the original Cybertruck is the missing rear functional luggage bed. In this truck, the creator has actually left the rear exposed, showing the rear mechanical parts, wheels, and other components.

It looks like the work on this truck was not complete, and the people behind this truck simply wanted to get noticed with this car at the event. Just like the original Cybertruck, this replica also gets fat off-road spec tires. The tires are neatly tucked inside the squared wheel arches with thick metal claddings around.

As mentioned above, this looks like a project that is still in progress. The team behind it had managed to finish the exterior of the car; however, the interior of the car is still very far from being finished. This is an old video, and we hope that when you are reading this article, the team behind this would have made some progress.

The front windscreen, rear bed, dashboard are all missing in this truck. One of the major things that make this Cybertruck not a Cybertruck is the fact that this is not electric. Unlike the original truck, this replica model uses an internal combustion engine that is mounted at the front. The original Cybertruck, when launched, is expected to have a driving range of anywhere between 400-800 km.
