First and foremost, at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Auto Expo, Hyundai will be launching its affordable mass-market electric SUV, the Creta EV. It will feature a very similar design to its ICE sibling. However, the company will add a few unique details to differentiate it. The Creta EV is expected to come equipped with a 45–50 kWh battery pack, which could offer a real-life driving range of around 400–500 km. Pricing will be around Rs 20–25 lakh.

Maruti Suzuki eVitara

Alongside the launch of the Hyundai Creta EV at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo, Maruti Suzuki will also be launching its first-ever electric vehicle, the eVitara, in India. This new EV SUV from the brand will be offered with two battery pack options—49 kWh and 60 kWh—and offer a range of up to 400 km. It will start around Rs 22 lakh.

Toyota Urban Electric SUV

Based on the Maruti Suzuki eVitara, Toyota will also be launching its own electric SUV. Underneath the surface, both SUVs will boast the same electric powertrain. However, Toyota will give its SUV a completely new exterior design.

Mahindra BE 6

Presently, Mahindra has launched the BE 6 electric SUV; however, it has only revealed its base variant’s price, which is Rs 18.9 lakh. Next year, the company will reveal the complete variant and pricing details of this highly anticipated electric SUV. It will come with two battery pack options—78 kWh and 59 kWh—offering ranges of 682 km and 656 km. As for the real-life range, it will be more than 500 km.

Kia Syros

Kia recently unveiled its new sub-compact SUV, the Syros, in India. This tall-boy SUV will sit between the Seltos and the Sonet, and it is aimed at modern family buyers. Its complete pricing details will be revealed at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo. It will come equipped with two engine options—a 1.0-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.

MG Astor Facelift
