Regular tire maintenance is an extremely essential thing. This is because it ensures optimal performance and safety of the vehicle. So if you want to take care of your vehicle’s tires, follow these steps.

Firstly, check tire pressure regularly using a pressure gauge and inflate them to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications. Mostly underinflated tires increase fuel consumption and wear unevenly, while overinflated tires reduce traction and can lead to blowouts.

Secondly, always inspect the tread depth periodically. A simple method is to insert a coin into the tread grooves. If the tread does not reach the coin’s edge, it’s time to replace the tires. Additionally, rotate tires regularly to promote even wear and extend their lifespan. Lastly, avoid harsh braking and accelerating, as well as driving over potholes or curbs, which can damage the tires.
