Entering the stiff competition of the modern hatchback segment in India the French manufacturer Citroen recently launched its newest model the C3 in India with prices starting at Rs 5.7 lakh for the base variant while the top-end, fully-loaded version costing Rs 8.05 lakh. And just after the announcement of its pricing the company has also started handing over the vehicles to awaiting buyers in the country. The vehicle currently is available for retail at La Maison Citroën phygital showrooms in 19 cities.
Those 19 cities in which the customers can visit and order a C3 include New Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Nagpur, Vizag, Calicut, and Coimbatore. Additionally, Citroen will continue to provide its 100% direct online purchasing option, Buy Online for the New C3.
The company stated that through this direct online effort, customers in over 90 Indian cities, including those outside the dealer network, would be covered and will be able to place direct factory orders. Furthermore, customers may easily modify and personalise their New C3s using the high-definition 3D Configurator online and in the La Maison Citroen physical showrooms.

To ensure that New C3 consumers have a stress-free ownership experience, the company will also provide special services including remote diagnostics and 100% parts availability for the aftersales network known as the L’Atelier Citron. By taking care of the most frequent repairs at the customer’s door, Citroen Service on Wheels will increase its reach and accessibility to clients.

Citroen will also offer services like a standard vehicle warranty for two years or 40,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), a warranty on spare parts & accessories for 12 months or 10,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), and 24/7 Roadside Assistance for maximum comfort and mobility as part of the New C3’s Warranty Program. The network also offers maintenance and extended warranty options.
