Ducati has launched the Multistrada Enduro in India priced at Rs. 17,44,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Termed as the most adventurous Ducati ever made, the Enduro is the third motorcycle in the adventure line-up of Ducati India .The Multistrada Enduro is the first Ducati motorcycle that has been designed to go off the tarmac, unlike the previous models that are only for tarmac only motorcycles and don’t perform as well on off-road surfaces.

The Enduro motorcycle uses specialized 19-inch wheel at the front and 17-inch in the rear to take on the off-road situations. The motorcycle comes with spoke wheels instead of alloys to offer better agility.
The technology-laden motorcycle is equipped with semi-active electronic front and rear suspensions from Sachs to take on the worst of the road conditions. The front suspensions have travel up to 200mm. The motorcycle is aimed at long-range tourers and comes with a massive fuel tank of 30-litres that in turn provides a range of 450 km.
Highly acclaimed Ducati Testastretta L-Twin engines powers the motorcycle. The 1198.4cc engine generates a maximum power of 158 Bhp at 9,500 rpm while the torque maximizes at 136 Nm at 7,500 rpm. The Desmodromic Variable Timing equipped engine produces a unique exhaust note and comes mated to a 6-speed transmission.
The motorcycle has been given additional guards to save it during falls. There is a TFT display that shows the status of the motorcycle. There are also four riding modes – Sport, Touring, Urban and Enduro to match every possible situation. The motorcycle also features many active and passive rider assistance.
The Multistrada 1200 Enduro features Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Contol, Ride-by-wire, Ducati Wheelie Control and semi-active Ducati Skyhook Suspension Evolution.
