The Ertiga can carry two more people than a sedan but it is priced in the same range as the sedan. Besides, the Ertiga is more fuel efficient than other MPVs such as the Toyota Innova and the Mahindra Xylo and hence running cost conscious buyers will find the Ertiga, a hard-to-resist package.
The Ertiga is also finding its way to overseas markets, thanks to its smart packaging. The Ertiga has been exported to Indonesia and speculations are ripe that it will also be launched in China.
