Top-end variant

The Toyota Innova Hycross purchased by Rider Girl Vishakha is the top-spec ZX(O) variant, featured in Blackish Ageha Glass Flake. This version comes with captain seats in the middle row. After the delivery, Vishakha drives the new vehicle back to her home alongside her old Mahindra Thar.

Towards the end of the video, Rider Girl Vishakha showcases her newly-purchased Toyota Innova Hycross alongside her other vehicles, including a Mahindra Thar and Honda Mobilio. Her collection also boasts customized KTM Duke 390 and Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycles.

The Toyota Innova Hycross ZX(O) purchased by Rider Girl Vishakha is equipped with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol-electric hybrid powertrain and boasts features such as a panoramic sunroof, powered driver’s seat with memory function, ventilated front seats, Ottoman luxury seats in the second row, and level-2 ADAS.

No diesel engine

The new Toyota Innova Hycross offers a departure from the Innova Crysta’s powertrains, providing two all-new engine options. One is a 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine, generating 172 bhp of power and 205 Nm of torque. The other is a petrol-hybrid powertrain based on a 2.0-litre Atkinson cycle engine, boasting 184 bhp of power and an impressive fuel efficiency of 21.1 km/l.

Toyota claims that the Innova Hycross can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 9.8 seconds. Unlike the Innova Crysta’s ladder-on-frame chassis, the Hycross adopts a monocoque frame derived from Toyota’s TNGA-C platform.

Notably, the Innova Hycross stands out as the first car in its segment to feature paddle shifters. Additionally, it comes equipped with a drive mode switch that enables electric-only driving, similar to the new Urban Cruiser Hyryder. Toyota offers an 8-year warranty on the battery pack used in the full hybrid system. Also Read:Toyota Innova heavily modified into a 4×4 monster [Video]
