Fans of Jr. NTR & Ram Charan conduct 100 car rally to celebrate RRR movie [Video]

South Indian people are known for being hardcore fans. Here, is such an example. A new movie named RRR which stands for Rise, Roar, Revolt was recently released in theatres and fans conducted a rally in which 100 cars participated. Here we have a video uploaded on YouTube by ETV Bharat Telangana. RRR is directed by S. S. Rajamouli who is known for Baahubali. The main two stars of RRR are Jr. NTR and Ram Charan. Alia Bhatt is also in the movie.

In the video, we can see several cars arriving at a place and most of them have a decal. The decal says “NTR”. The line-up of cars includes Volkswagen Polo, Toyota Innova Crysta, Mahindra Thar, Mahindra Scorpio, Isuzu D-Max V-Cross, Hyundai Creta, Tata Safari Storme, Kia Seltos,  Skoda Rapid, Mitsubishi Pajero SFX, Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. There are also some high-end expensive luxury cars such as an Audi Q7 and a BMW 7 Series.

Jr. NTR bought Lamborghini Urus

Southern Superstar Jr. NTR recently bought a Lamborghini Urus Capsule Edition. The Sports SUV itself costs more than Rs. 3.43 Crores ex-showroom. On top of that Jr. NTR spent Rs. 17 lakhs for a special number plate that reads “9999”. His, BMW 7 Series also has the same number plate.

Jr. NTR opted for the Nero Noctis Matte with highlights of Arancio Argos colour.  The Capsule Edition gets several cosmetic upgrades over the regular Urus. Bollywood Actor, Ranveer Singh also owns a Urus Capsule Edition. Urus is currently the fastest-selling model for Lamborghini. This is because it combines the sporty looks and performance of a sports car with the practicality of a SUV.

It is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine that is twin-turbocharged. It puts out 650 PS of max power and 850 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission that drives all four wheels. It can hit a top speed of 305 kmph and hit 100 kmph in just 3.6 seconds. That is very impressive for a SUV that weighs a massive 2.2 tonnes.

Ram Charan buys a Mercedes-Maybach GLS600

Where Jr. NTR bought a sporty SUV, Ram Charan opted for a luxurious SUV. So, he bought a Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 luxury SUV. The base price of the SUV is  Rs. 2.4 Crores ex-showroom but he paid around Rs. 4 Crores so he must have opted for some customization options. We are not entirely sure what all customization options Ram Charan opted for.

You can get the GLS600 as a five-seater or a four-seater. If you get the four-seater version then you get a grand central console at the rear. There are also two captain chairs that can fully recline. There are ventilated and massaging seats, wooden inserts, a 360-degree parking camera, Nappa leather upholstery, independent climate controls, a panoramic sunroof and a lot more features on offer.

It is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine that has been twin-turbocharged. The engine puts out 557 PS of max power and 730 Nm of peak torque.  The engine is also mated to a 48V hybrid system that generates 22 PS and 250 Nm on demand.
