Fiat has just launched the Punto Pure, a car that sits under the Evo in terms of price and positioning. The Punto Pure starts at 4.49 lakh rupees, ex-showroom Delhi, for the 1.2 liter petrol variant, while the 1.3 liter diesel engined model is priced at 5.49 lakh rupees.
Fiat also showcased the Linea 125, which will be launched in the middle of this year. The car will get the 1.4 liter T-Jet turbo petrol engine in a 125 Bhp state of tune, making the Linea one of the most powerful C-Segment sedans sold in India. Blacked out wing mirrors and alloy wheels are the style changes, while a new Blue paint scheme has been added.
The other major unveil at Fiat was the Avventura Urban Cross, a stylistically tweaked version of the hatchback based crossover. 17 inch alloy wheels, revised front grille, LED headlamps, new body cladding, a matte paint finish and a spare wheel that gets repositioned into the boot are other changes.
The Urban Cross may be introduced later this year as a new trim for the car. It gets the same 1.4 liter T-Jet turbo petrol motor, Abarth massaged to make 140 Bhp-212 Nm.
