Fiat India has just launched the facelifted Linea sedan in India. With the prices already being announced by Fiat a few days back, the launch is more of a formality. The only real story around the launch is the fact that the deliveries of the facelifted Linea have just begun.
Here are Delhi and Mumbai ex-showroom prices of the Fiat Linea Facelift,

The Linea Facelift is available with 3 engines, the 1.4 liter naturally aspirated FIRE petrol (89 Bhp-115 Nm), the 1.4 liter T-Jet turbo petrol (114 Bhp-207 Nm) and the 1.3 liter Multijet turbo diesel (91 Bhp-209 Nm) motors. Initially, it was thought that the 1.4 liter FIRE petrol wouldn’t be offered on the facelifted Linea, which we now know is not the case.
A 5 speed manual gearbox is standard on all three engines. The facelifted Linea gets a styling makeover with a new front grille and bumper. The wing mirrors get integrated turn indicators while the rear sees a reprofiled bumper and boot lid. The car also gets a large chrome strip on the boot lid, a feature that won’t be lost among the chrome loving Indian car buyers.
”]On the inside, the Linea Facelift gains a new dashboard with better quality materials used to spruce up the interiors. The instrument cluster is also a new item and adds to the overall theme of the facelift. In terms of features, Fiat has added the cruise control function to the car.
This feature apart, the Linea Facelift more or less carries over the features and creature comforts that were available on the pre-facelift version. These features include Blue&Me Bluetooth functionality, leather upholstery, automatic headlamps and wipers, rear parking sensors, 16 inch alloys and rear AC vents.
The Linea is a solidly built car and this trait is carried on with the facelifted version as well. Twin airbags and ABS+EBD come standard on the top end variants. The Linea Facelift is positioned in the C-Segment sedan space, and is known for its superb ride and handling dynamics.
