On February 7th, General Motors (GM) India has launched the face lifted Tavera Neo 3 MPV in the price range of Rs. 8.25 lakh – 10.25 lakh. Here we see what features it offers and if it really is more attractive.
The changes in the new Tavera include a bow-tie grille, refreshed headlamps and integrated side-swept turn indicators. The new front bumper a gets sporty mesh grille and round fog lamps. The side profile and rear design remains largely unchanged except for the tail lamp cluster. The Tavera is offered in four variants: Neo 3, Neo 3 Max, Neo 3 LS and Neo 3 LT. Audio system: The audio system in the new Tavera features CD/MP3 player, FM/AM tuner and an aux-in port. The music system is connected to four speakers and two tweeters.
Power windows: The new Tavera gets all four power windows. The power window switches are integrated with the driver side door handle for ease of use.
Rear defogger & wash wiper: The rear windshield gets defogger and wash wiper. Both the features will help when you drive during bad weathers.
Cup holders: The central console has two cup holders beside the hand brake lever. There are door pockets integrated to the front doors too.
Foldable seats: The second and third rows get foldable seats this allows you to expand luggage area when needed.
Instrument cluster: The icy blue backlight for the instrument cluster and clear fonts make it easy to read at a glance. The instrument cluster includes speedometer, tachometer, engine temperature gauge, fuel gauge and digital trip/odo meter.
