Fire Brigade spokesperson Nilesh Mahajan released a statement and said, “The reason behind the car catching fire is not confirmed, but the woman didn’t realised that her car had caught fire. She was taken out from car by some unknown person who left the spot. Whereas, primarily we estimate that due to high temperature or collision the car might have caught fire.”
Woman might have become unconcious
The fact that the Ford EcoSport hit several other vehicles before finally hitting the truck suggests that the woman might have fell unconcious while driving. It is also possible that she fell asleep on the wheel and could not control the vehicle. Since she was found with low blood sugar, it is highly likely that she lost her senses while driving.
