The Signature Edition of the EcoSport will be available for a limited period of time, although Ford hasn’t specified any timeline until when this variant would be sold. As for changes, it gets a sunroof as the major new feature addition, along with blue accents on seat stitching, centre console and instrument panel. The electric sunroof offered on the EcoSport is a segment leading feature.

Visual changes on the outside include chrome surround for the grille, diamond cut 17” alloys, black fog-lamp bezels, a rear spoiler and roof rails. The Signature Edition is available as an option pack on the top-end Titanium trim. The new edition is sold with 1.5 litre petrol and turbocharged diesel engines. Both engines get 5 speed manual gearboxes as standard. While the petrol variant is priced at Rs. 10.4 lakhs, the diesel variant costs Rs. 10.99 lakhs.

The Titanium S variant is also available with petrol and diesel engines. However, a key change is the replacement of the 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with the 1 litre-3 cylinder EcoBoost turbocharged unit that makes a class leading 125 Bhp-170 Nm. This engine also gets a sporty new 6 speed manual gearbox. The diesel engine is the same 1.5 litre TDCI unit with 98.6 Bhp-215 Nm, mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox.

Visual changes on the EcoSport Titanium S variant include a blacked out grille, black painted roof & roof rails and 17-inch smoke alloys. The headlamps are smoked HID units while the fog lamp bezels get blacked out. On the inside, orange accents on the seats and instrument panels are the key changes. There’s an electric sunroof and a 4.2 inch touchscreen infotainment unit with tyre pressure monitoring system. The diesel EcoSport S is priced at Rs. 11.89 lakhs, ex-showroom, Delhi, while the petrol variant is priced at Rs. 11.37 lakhs.
