Hero Karizma XMR 210 top speed tested on highway: Does 147 kmph [Video]

Hero MotoCorp, the country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer by volume, recently launched its newest sports bike, the Karizma XMR 210. The legendary Karizma badge has made its return in 2023 with an all-new design and a brand-new engine. The Karizma XMR 210 is the first Hero MotoCorp bike to be launched with a liquid-cooled engine. Recently, a YouTuber got his hands on this new bike and performed a top-speed test on it. The video of the entire top-speed run has been shared on YouTube.

The video of the top-speed test of the all-new Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR 210 has been shared on YouTube by Pradeep On Wheels on their channel. It starts off with the presenter showing the bike on the side of the road. He mentions that the bike in this red livery looks very good. He then states that in this video, he will show the real top speed of the Hero Karizma XMR 210, as he is eager to know how this 210cc engine performs.

The presenter then adds that this is a brand-new engine from Hero MotoCorp. He also mentions that it is the first-ever liquid-cooled engine from the brand. Revealing the specifications of this engine, the presenter mentions that this new engine produces a maximum of 25 PS of power and 20 Nm of torque. After this, the presenter starts the bike and begins the top-speed run. Soon after the start, he mentions that the radiator has kicked in and is cooling the engine.

In the first gear, the new Hero Karizma XMR 210 reaches 45 kmph. Next up, he speeds up and stretches the second gear of this new bike to a speed of 65 kmph. After this, he redlines the bike at 86 kmph in the third gear. Moving on, he takes the bike to 108 kmph in the fourth gear. Lastly, the presenter takes the bike to 126 kmph in the fifth gear. He then lets the bike reach its top speed of 141 kmph in the sixth gear. After the video ends with footage of the run, it mentions that the bike reached a maximum top speed of 147 kmph.

Important note

On a quick side note, although the performance of the Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR 210 is amazing, an important thing has to be kept in mind. The video of this top-speed run was performed on a public highway. This is something that is not advisable for other people to do on public roads. In the video, the driver can be seen maneuvering the bike around two cars during the last speed pull. Not everyone can handle traffic like that at those speeds. So it is recommended that not everyone attempts these types of tests in real life. Most top-speed runs are done by companies on closed-off roads with proper safety gear and personnel on-site.
