The legend was born 20 years ago, when Honda realized The Power of Dreams of India with its debut model – Activa. Since then, every new generation of Honda Activa has introduced Indian riders to advance global technologies ahead of time. Celebrating Indian customers love and trust on Activa – the true gold standard of unisex family commute, we are delighted to launch the special 20th Anniversary edition of Activa 6G.
The Honda Activa 6G is powered by a 109.51 cc four stroke, single cylinder engine that generates 7.8 PS of peak power and 8.8 Nm of peak torque. The air-cooled engine gets fuel injection in order to meet the stringent Bharat Stage 6 (BS6) emission norms. Known for its smoothness and refinement across the rev range, the Honda Activa 6G’s engine is also very fuel efficient, with mileage rated at 60 Kmpl. Key features on the automatic scooter include a full-LED headlight, external fuel filling cap, engine start/stop switch, 12-inch wheels and telescopic front suspension. The change in wheels and suspension makes the Activa 6G a good option even on bad roads.
The Honda Activa 6G is marketed as a unisex scooter mainly for use on city streets. The CVT automatic gearbox that the scooter is equipped with makes it very easy to ride. The large footwell allows riders to carry everyday items including daily groceries and other sundries. The Activa 6G also has a capacious under-seat storage that can fit a half face helmet. All in all, this is a scooter that has redefined the Indian two wheeler landscape. In years to come, the Honda Activa brand is likely to get even stronger with constant innovations.
